The Effect Of Qi-zha Oral Solution On The Antibody Level Of Swine Fever And PRRS Vaccine Was Evaluated

Qi-Zha oral solution is a new type of veterinary oral liquid preparation for improving the immunity of livestock and poultry.It is mainly composed of astragalus,hawthorn,malt,herb,rhubarb and cyanine leaf,and through a certain preparation of the extraction process and the preparation process of oral preparation.In this study,we conducted a study on the quality of Qi-Zha oral solution and carried out safety test with pig as a target animal.The effect of Qi-Zha oral solution on the antibody level of swine fever and PRRS vaccine was evaluated by clinical trial.Target animal safety test of Qi-Zha oral solution: In this experiment,the clinical recommended dose of 1 times,3 times and 5 times in the pig drinking water to add Qi-Zha oral solution for 42 d.The results showed that there were no obvious abnormal changes in the clinical manifestations,diets and feces of the each drug group of pigs compared with the blank control group;1,3,5 times the dose in the drinking water to add Qi-Zha oral solution group of pig production performance was significantly different compared with the control group,and could increase the weight gain(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 1,3 and 5 times(P>0.05);There were no significant differences in blood physiology and biochemical indexes between the two groups(P> 0.05),this shows that in accordance with the dose of 5 times in the drinking water to add Qi-Zha oral solution on the pig no significant adverse effects,its role in raising the weight of the pig is the test drug on the role of pig growth,not the adverse drug reactions.So the tested drug Qi-Zha oral solution is safe and reliable for pigs.Laboratory Clinical Trial of Qi-Zha Oral solution: The results showed that the addition of Qi-Zha oral solution in drinking water on pig immune effect of CSFV and PRRS vaccinehas a significant improvement(P<0.05),among them,the effect of high and medium dose of Qi-Zha oral solution group was the best,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Taking into account the cost of medication,so the clinical recommended dose as medium dose,that is,every 1L of water plus 2 mL of this product,mixed drink,can be used after a week,every other week to use for a week.Qi-Zha Oral solution Expanded Clinical Trials: The results of clinical trials showed that the addition of 2 mL / L qiwou oral liquid to pig drinking water could significantly improve the antibody level of CSFV and PRRS vaccine(P <0.05).In summary,the results of target animal safety trials,experimental clinical trials and expanded clinical trials show that Qi-Zha oral solution is used to improve the pig against CSFV and PRRS vaccine antibody is safe and effective.Recommended dose is that in the pig drinking water to add 2 m L / L,continuous addition of 1 week,every other week to use for a week.
