Pond aquaculture is an important pillar industry of aquaculture in China,the total output of aquaculture increased year by year,which is inseparable with the gradually realization of the aquaculture industry mechanization,the usage water oxygen enrichment technology.Water oxygen enrichment can improve the stocking density of pond culture,increase the food intake of the breeding object,and promote its growth,so as to achieve stable and high yield.Because of the diversity of the aerator product type,they are different in its characteristics,working principle,the effect of oxygen enrichment and the scope of application.Based on the above questions,this paper come to conclusion of the difference of their aerobic capacity,power efficiency,dissolved oxygen uniformity,water temperature uniformity,pH value and power consumption,etc.,by the oxygenation performance parameters of the comparative testing of Water tanker aerator,impeller aerator and aeration aerator,the purpose of this test can provide a scientific basis for the aquaculture farmers to purchase and Configure the aerator reasonably,can Optimize product design for enterprise and provide technical support to Improve the product's advanced nature,applicability and security at the same time,t he text can provide decision-making basis for government departments to promote and implement Aerator purchase subsidy,Thus accelerating the industrialization of aquaculture mechanization of new technologies,the promotion and application of new products,the rapid development of aquaculture mechanization.This paper is based on national aquaculture industry standard SC / T 6009-1999 "Test method of oxygen-enriched capacity for aerator" and the Ministry of Agriculture agricultural machinery to pro mote the identification of outline outline DG / T 063-2011 "aerator" etc.technical documents.Experiment and analyze in three parts: Firstly,in the standard pool for three different models of aerator(paddlewheel aerator,impeller aerator and microporous aeration)of the oxygen capacity and dynamic efficiency test,the difference between the aerobic capacity and the dynamic efficiency of the aerator with the same matching power is analyzed,and the same model of different supporting power of the oxygen machine compared to oxygen capacity and dynamic efficiency of the difference;Secondly,in the breeding pond aerator unit working hours the difference between the power consumption is tested of the water dissolved oxygen evenness,water temperature uniformity,pH uniformity changes and different models of the same matching power of the aerator;Thirdly,through the user survey,understand ing the promotion of aerobics use.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as following:(1)Through the standard pool comparison test,which comparing aerobic capacity,and dynamic efficiency of water tank type,impeller type and aeration aerator three models,The results show below:When the matching power is 0.75 kW,aerobic capacity and dynamic efficiency o f impeller aerator is higher separately 4.8% and 14.1% than paddlewheel aerator;When the matching power is 1.1 kW,aerobic capacity of microporous aeration is higher 20.5% than paddlewheel aerator;and dynamic efficiency of paddlewheel aerator is higher 6.3% than microporous aeration.When the matching power is 1.5 kW,oxygen capacity and power efficiency of the microporous aeration is the best,its oxygen capacity is higher 54.7% and 52.2% than paddlewheel aerator and impeller aerator separately,its power efficiency is higher 63% and 61.7% than paddlewheel aerator and impeller aerator separately.Oxygen capacity and power efficiency of the impeller aerator is after aeration aerator,its oxygen capacity is 2.5% higher than the paddlewheel aerator,and its power efficiency has not big difference with waterwheel aerator,only 3.4% lower than the aerobic capacity;For same type aerators,with the matching power increasing,Oxygen capacity is increasing,while power efficiency does not increasing with the same proportion,always remain in a relatively stable state.When the impeller aerator matching power in the 1.0kW or so,the power efficiency to achieve the best.(2)By breeding pond comparison test,comparing three types of aerator on the water dissolved oxygen uniformity,water temperature uniformity and pH value changes,test result shows:The average degree of dissolved oxygen in aquaculture pond water was increased the most quickly,it can reached up to 46.43%,followed by aeration aerator,it can reached up to 29.46%.The enhancement of impeller aerator on the pool of water dissolved oxygen uniformity is the worst,because of the forming a certain range of "oxygen-rich circle" in the breeding pond,and its poor convection effect.Water dissolved oxygen uniformity can be up to 19.67%,comparing with other two type of aerators,its improving effect of dissolved oxygen evenness is worse.Because the water temperature and pH of the water body is a substantially stable state of the water,it is generally impossible to change or change slightly.In this test,three models of aerator on the water temperature and p H changes are basically has no changes,only showing a slight increasing trend.The best change in the uniformity of dissolved oxygen in water is the waterwheel aerator,followed by the aeration aerator,the worst is the impeller aerator.(3)Through the comparison test,comparing oxygen consumption of the three models,per unit time is different in the same power,microporous aeration has the minimal unit power consumption,followed by paddlewheel aerator,impeller aerator is the maximum unit power consumption.(4)By user survey,analyzing the difference of safety,flexibility,reliability,advanced,stability and ease of operation of three models of aerator,survey result shows:users have different degrees of recognition for the advantages and disadvantages of three models of aerator,waterwheel aerator can make pond water convection,impeller aerator can fasten the oxygen enhancement in a short period of time within a certain range,aeration aerator has a small noise in the water,and more energy efficient;In "good" option,the highest proportion products for applicability is waterwheel aerator,78.5%;and the highest proportion products for safety,advancement and reliability is the impeller aerator,accounted for 88.3%?80% and 80% separately;the highest proportion of product operation convenience is waterwheel aerato r,82.5%;The highest proportion of product stability is impeller aerator,88.3%.Comprehensive evaluation,the order of customer satisfaction is: impeller aerator,paddlewheel aerator and microporous aeration.
