The purpose of this experiment is to produce testicular artery specimens from Tibetan Plateau,Tibetan sheep,yak and Small Tail Han Sheep and yellow cattle,and compare their morphological and physical parameters,anatomical characteristics and diameter of testicular artery and its branches.The testis of 11 adult Tibetan sheep,14 adult yaks,14 adult cattle and 9 adult cattle were respectively collected,10%~20%ABS casting agent through the testicular artery infusion,with concentrated hydrochloric acid corrosion,obtain vascular three-dimensional structure were analyzed by observation,picture collection,and data determination.The results showed that Tibetan sheep testis and epididymis volume accounted for more than s Small Tail Han Sheep,the testis weight ratio of yak to that of cattle is 0.34,but the volume of the epididymis in yak is more than that of cattle;There was no significant difference in the width of epididymis between yak and cattle,but the weight of testis,diameter of testis,short diameter of testis,total length of epididymis,length of epididymis head and short diameter of epididymis between yak and cattle were significantly different;The internal spermatic artery showed testicular spiral shaped distribution of vertebral narrow width,a pampiniform plexus straight segment artery from the package;The straight artery from the testes at 2/3 branch arterial tortuosity become a net shaped,and is symmetrical distribution around;The testicular artery,coronary artery and radial artery in the centrifugal knots distribution,and branches of Plateau Tibetan sheep and yak are better than those of low altitude Small Tail Han Sheep and cattle;The diameter ratios in testis spermatic artery,radial artery,coronary artery knot,which were more than 1,while the ratios of the straight section,testicular artery both sides tortuous artery and centrifugal artery were less than 1 between those of Tibetan sheep and Small Tail Han Sheep;And the diameter ratio of the end of the centrifuge artery was 1.23 in the plateau yak and the low altitude yellow cattle,the ratios of testicular spermatic artery,segmental artery tortuosity,straight artery,artery,coronary artery,radial artery knot centrifugal starting end and the middle segment of yak and Tibetan sheep,which were from 0.56 to 0.9,and the ratios which those of yak and yellow cattle were 0.34.The results showed that larger volume of the epididymis and testicles in Tibetan sheep and yaks is conducive to the better generation,transportation and secretion of androgens,and the distribution of arteries and branches at all levels is also developed,which is also a physiological characteristic adapted to the plateau cold and hypoxic environment.
