| Solanum tubersum is one of the leading industries in Gansu Province,its planting areas are more than 10 million mu in recent years.With the increasing of its areas,potato diseases are becoming more and more serious year by year.Among them,Phytophthora infestans is the most common diseases,which affects the yield and quality of potato,and seriously restrict the development of potato industry.In this experiment,Atailing,plant immune protein pesticide,was used to treat potato plants and diseases.The related indexes of potato plantlets and potato leaves enzyme activity were determined,and the control effects of Atailing on Phytophthora infestans in laboratory and field were evaluated.In order to clarify the effect and mechanism of potato induced resistance by this medicament,and provide theoretical bases for potato diseases prevention and control.The results obtained are as follows:1、After soaking the roots of Longshu 9 with 6% oligosaccharide chain protein wettable powder alone,the results showed that the treatment of 300-fold 6% oligosaccharide chain protein wettable powder for 15 min could promote the growth of the plant.Humic acid soluble fertilizer and 6% oligosaccharide chain protein wettable powder were used to treat in vitro plantlets.The results showed that the application of humic acid soluble fertilizer alone could promote the increase of plant leaves,and the combination of 1000 times humic acid water-soluble fertilizer and 300-fold 6% oligosaccharide protein wettable powder could be used in potato production.2、In this experiment,the results showed that the activity of POD and CAT in leaves increased after induction,indicating that 6% oligosaccharide chain protein wettable powder could enhance the disease resistance of the plant.But the variation trend of different concentration and resistance variety combination were different.3、In this experiment,the activities of POD and CAT on potato leaves were analyzed significantly after inoculated 5 days.The results showed that the activities of POD and CAT in susceptible varieties were higher than those of control,and they were significantly different from those of the control.The activities of SOD and CAT in the leaves of resistant varieties were higher than those of the control,which were significantly different from those of the control.The results also showed that the activities of POD and CAT in leaves of susceptible cultivars were higher than those of resistant varieties.The results of pot experiment in laboratory showed that different concentrations of 6% oligosaccharide chain protein wettable powder could prevent Phytophthora infestans.The control effect reached 69.49%~92.98% after 4 days of application,but only 1.12%~6.40% after 8 days,and the whole plant died after 12 days of application.4、6% oligosaccharide chain protein wettable powder was used to control Phytophthora infestans in potato field.The results showed that Phytophthora infestans could be delayed for about 10 days and had preventive effect on Phytophthora infestans,and the combination of fungicide and pesticide could improve the efficacy of chemical pesticide. |
