Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel is an important quarantine pest in China. It has a devastating effect on fruit tree planting.Chemical pest control are still the main governance methods.Plant allelochemicals have a certain induction effect on detoxifying enzymes in insects, thus affecting the effect of insecticides on B.dorsalis.Therefore,it is significant for the control of the resistance and the use of chemical pesticides to understand the induction of resistance of various plant allelochemicals to the resistance strain of B.dorsalis and determine the effect of plant allelochemicals on the effect of chemical control of B.dorsalis.This paper selects four widespread existence plant allelochemicals(Rutin,Quercetin,2-Tridecanone,Tannin),quantitative study their effects on the resistance of B.dorsalis, and try to explain these results from the perspective of detoxification enzymes and physiology. The results showed that rutin can rapidly and effectively improve the resistance of B.dorsalis to insecticide,0.01% doses of rutin showed significant differences in resistance to B.dorsalis in the F2 generation, the resistance change rate of F2 and F3 generation was 1.53 and 2.09 respectively.Resistance change rate of 0.05% dose rutin continuous treatment for three generations was 1.53,1.64 and 1.92.The resistance change rate of 25% dose rutin for three generations was 2.09,2.24 and 3.45 respectively. And the resistance to beta cypermethrin and Avermectin in B.dorsalis was not significant.Quercetin and 2-Tridecanone had no significant effect on the resistance of three strains of B.dorsalis.0.002% doses of Tannin improved the insecticide resistance of F1 generation B.dorsalis to dipterex, and the resistance change rate was 1.60.And 0.25% dose Tannin treatment significantly reduced the resistance of B.dorsalis to dipterex, beta cypermethrin and Avermectin on F2 and F3 generation. The resistance change rate of Tannin treatresistant strains of dipterex was 0.68 and 0.67,and the resistance change rate of Tannin treat resistant strains of beta cypermethrin was 0.66 and 0.65,and the resistance change rate of Tannin treat resistant strains of Avermectin was 0.68 and 0.69.
