Haloxylon ammodendron is a kind of excellent sand fixing plant in desert area of China is extremely important and widely distributed,has strong drought resistance.But its growth environment is often very bad,and its survival rate is not high,and the effect of afforestation is not ideal.Therefore,to explore efficient cultivation techniques,improve survival rate and promote the cultivation of Haloxylon ammodendron is its good growth.In this study,Minqin desert botanical garden seed as material,by the combined method of laboratory and field phase,explores the different processing conditions of seed germination and seedling growth.Among them,through different methods of seed treatment in the laboratory.Studied the optimum conditions of seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron.The field test mainly through different planting measures and different water supply and different fertilization treatments.The research and analysis of the seed germination and plant growth under various processing conditions.And the optimum conditions for the growth of Haloxylon ammodendron.The main results are as follows:1.The seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron is sensitive to the temperature of 12 degrees,the highest germination rate was 75%.But when the temperature is high,will seriously inhibit seed germination.The new collection of seed germination rate is highest,up to 90%;The conventional storage after half a year,the germination rate of serious decline,only 55%;The conventional storage for one year,the germination rate dropped to 5%.The concentration of GA3 in the seed processing of Haloxylon 100-400mg/L,the germination rate,germination potential was higher than that of untreated seeds;300mg/L GA3 8h and 400mg/L GA3 4h seed processing seed the germination rate was highest,reached 84%and 85%respectively.The germination index and germination rate of similar changes.PEG seed will improve the germination rate,seed germination potential,germination index and germination rate,of which 20%PEG after seed soaking,seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron had the best effect.2.Different sowing methods and plant seedling of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds growth has certain effect.In the way,the seed germination rate and the highest survival rate was 77%and 64%respectively.The number of branches on demand mode but most,Haloxylon ammodendron crown large,medium diameter thick.When the seed density was 600/m~2,the germination rate of seeds was the highest,but the sowing rate was the highest at 150/m~2.And the optimum was 150-450 grain/m~2.The sowing depth was 4cm,germination rate and survival rate of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds were the highest,plant morphological index were better.3.The water supply quantity is 100mm,seed emergence rate and survival rate were the highest,reached 77%and 72%respectively.The larger the water supply,the better the morphological index of the plant.But the length of the main root is the longest under the water supply of 60mm.4.The application of desert plant organic fertilizer treatment,the maximum density,maximum height,crown width,maximum diameter of the base of Haloxylon diameter,branch number,most root length is the longest.NP fertilizer treatment and no fertilizer treatment the morphological indexes of the worst.In the Haloxylon plant biomass accumulation,still in the application of desert plant organic fertilizer treatment was the highest.The lowest in no fertilizer treatment.
