In this study,C57BL/6 mice were selected to establish animal models of immune stress.72 3-week-old C57BL/6 mice were divided into 6 groups, each with 3 replicates and 4 mice per replicate.1%,2%and 3%green tea powder were added to their diets for feeding trials, while the control group, positive control group and antibiotic group were set. After 28 days of feeding, immune stress was induced with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and the mice were anesthetized 5 hours later and dissected.By measuring relevant indicators such as growth performance, immune function and intestinal mechanical barrier of mice to investigate the mechanism of the improvement of immune function and intestinal mechanical barrier of green tea powder in mice. The experimental results showed that:The addition of1%~3%green tea powder(1)significantly increased the thymus index and spleen index in mice(P<0.05),(2)increased the antibody synthesis levels of immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM in immune stress mice serum(P<0.05),promoted the secretion of intestinal secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)(P<0.05),(3)promoted the growth of immune organs significantly increased the expression of CD3~+,CD4~+and CD8~+in peripheral blood of mice. The ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+(P<0.05)enhanced the cellular immune function of mice,(4)repaired intestinal villi in immune-stressed mice and enhanced intestinal absorption,(5)upregulated small intestinal tight junction proteins Claudin-1,ZO-1 Occludin mRNA expression(P<0.05),decreased intestinal permeability, enhanced intestinal mechanical barrier function,(6)reduced the degree of intestinal tissue and liver lesions, alleviated the damage of immune stress on the body, reduced LPS induced Immune stress mice maintained normal mice immune stress growth performance. |
