| Anhui Province is a big pig province,one of the country's 10 main production provinces,but also the traditional pig out of the area.With the continuous development of scale and intensification,healthy breeding has become the most concerned problem of pig-raising enterprises.Epidemic disease is one of the main factors affecting the healthy breeding of pigs,it is not only related to the overall production efficiency of swine industry,but also relates to the safety of pork food.The growing complexity of the disease has brought severe challenges to the swine industry.In order to understand and grasp the epidemic situation and trend of the main epidemic diseases in swine in Anhui Province,it provides scientific basis for the pig enterprises to make rational control strategy and take effective prevention and control measures.In this investigation,the PCR technique was used to detect the major viral pathogens and bacterial pathogens in 2017 clinical samples,and the results of 2008-2016 years clinical samples were analyzed together with the bacteria isolation and identification method.The results showed that the total positive rate of pathogens in 2929 samples from 2008 to 2017 was 68.25%.Among them,pathogenic E.coli,PCV2,and swine epidemic Diarrhea virus(PEDV),Streptococcus suis(SS),Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),Porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV),Classical swine fever virus(CSFV),Transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),The positive detection rates of E.rhusiopathiae,HPS,and Pm were 85.65%,46.03%,44.07%,28.14%,and 27.42%,respectively.17.16%,14.11%,8.90%,4.74%,4.67%,1.96%;total mixed infection rate of pathogens was 31.22%(624/1999),of which dual infection accounted for 79.17%(494/624);triple infection accounted for 19.23 %(120/624);quadruple infection accounted for 1.60%(10/624);mainly double infection,and "PCV2+PRRSV" as the main infection pattern accounted for 10.26%(64/624).The positive detection rate of pathogens and mixed infections generally showed a downward trend from 2008 to 2017,but E.rhusiopathiae began to appear in 2012,and the degree of mixed infections increased.The positive rate of positive detection of quadruple infections was the highest in 2017(6.35%).There were no seasonal differences in the positive detection rates of PRRSV,PRV,PCV2,SS,HPS,and Pm;the positive rate of CSFV in summer was the highest(26.45%);the positive rate of PEDV in spring,autumn,and winter was the highest(48.49%),43.05%,49.38%);E.Rhusiopathiae had the highest positive detection rates in summer and autumn(9.23%,6.3%).The pathogenic E.coli,PRV and PCV2 had the highest positive detection rates in diarrhea,neurological symptoms,and multiple system failure syndromes,followed by 85.65%,46.09%,and 67.04%;PCV2,PRRSV,SS,PCV2,respectively.PRRSV and CSFV had the highest positive detection rates in respiratory and hyperthermic symptoms,followed by 41.50%,36.81%,32.12%,45.56%,40.75%,and 35.04%;PCV2 and SS were in the reproductive disorder samples.The positive detection rate was the highest(46.33%,34.32%).The results showed that infections of pathogenic E.coli,PCV2,PEDV,SS,PRRSV,and PRV were common in swine herds in Anhui province from 2008 to 2017,“PCV2+PRRSV” is the main mode of infection,the overall epidemic disease showed a downward trend,but the degree of pathogenic mixed infection increased.PRRSV,PEDV,PCV2,and SS have always been the major pathogens that harm pigs,and erysipelas has resurfaced.PRRS,PR,and PCVD are epidemic diseases that need to be controlled and controlled throughout the year.In winter,PED and summer are the main prevention and control seasons for CSF and erysipelas.Diarrhea,neurological symptomatic diseases,respiratory diseases,epidemic diseases with high fever,multiple system failure syndromes,and reproductive disorders are the main problems affecting piglets,nursery pigs,fattening pigs and breeding pigs.PCV2 is an important infectious agent that easily leads to SS.secondary or mixed infections. |
