Cyclocarya paliurus is one of the most endangered species in China.It is a rare tree species that can be used for medicinal,health,material and ornamental value.Triterpenoids are the important secondary metabolites of Cyclocarya paliurus,which have anti-tumor,anti-aging,other prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or improve human immunity.However,there are few natural resources in Cyclocarya paliurus mainly to develop artificial forests.So how to effectively utilize the resources of Cyclocarya paliurus that regulate and promote the efficient accumulation which becomes an urgent problem to be solved.This study used one-year Cyclocarya paliurus as a test material,and the T1(10.0g/ strain),T2(6.0g/ strain),T3(3.4g/ strain),T4(1.0g/ strain),and T5(no fertilizer)were set.Research under the condition of different nitrogen accumulation of triterpene compounds in cyclocarya paliurus seedlings,growth and distribution of C/N,the influence of the mineral nutrient contents,its purpose is to provide evidence for medicinal efficient cultivation and scientific utilization of cyclocarya paliurus.The results showed that:1)there was no significant difference in the total growth of the seedlings of T2-T5 under T2-T5 treatment,but it was significantly greater than T1,and the growth of ground diameter was almost identical with that of the seedling height.Seedling height net growth is generally characterized by: 7-8 ? 6-7 ? 5-6.Ground diameter net growth: 5-6 ? 6-7 ?7-8.2)the K content(35.43mg/g)and P content(4.51mg/g)in different parts of the nitrogen in Cyclocarya paliurus were highest in T5 treatment group,while the content of Ca(22.19mg/g)and Mg(15.84mg/g)was the highest in T2 treatment group.The content of K,Ca,Mg and P in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus was significantly different(P <0.05).3)triterpenoids in different sites were negatively correlated with N content,positively correlated with C content and C/N.The highest C content in each fertilizer treatment was T4 treatment group(42.26%),and the lowest was T1 treatment group(40.83%).The highest N content was T1(2.24%),and the lowest was T5(1.27%).As the amount ofnitrogen is decreased,C/N shows an increasing trend.4)there were significant differences in the content of triterpenoids from different nitrogen treatment.With the decrease of nitrogen application,the general trend of triterpenoids decreased.T4 group(1.0g/ plant)was the highest treatment in total triterpene,cyanicylic acid B,qingqianyanoside I,and alkiyotic acid.The content was 46.20mg/g,0.89mg/g,0.56mg/ g and 2.78mg/g respectively.The lowest content of the T1 group with the highest nitrogen concentration(10.0g/ plant)was 28mg/g,0.41mg/g,0.13mg/g and1.36mg/g respectively.5)the treatment group with the highest yield of triterpene,cyanoxacylic acid B,qingqianyanoside I,and alkiyote was the T4 group,respectively 41.57mg/ plant,1.16mg/plant,0.69mg/ strain and 3.40mg/ plant.
