Letinous edodes is the most famous edible and medicinal fungus in the world.It is the second largest edible fungus in the world.It is known as the queen of edible fungi.Letinous edodes is of high nutritional value and medical value.It can not only provide the necessary nutrients,such as carbohydrates,proteins,all kinds of amino acids,etc.But it can also provide scarce nutrients that other daily foods can not provide,such as a variety of vitamins,enzymes,minerals and trace elements,etc.It can also prevent and treat various diseases.But at present,there are many problems in production,such as the large consumption of traditional cultivation methods,the slow progress of domestic research on new cultivation methods.In order to explore a better,faster,more productive and more nutritious way for letinous edodes cultivation,we must make more in-depth research on letinous edodes cultivation.The effects of different culture materials on the growth of letinous edodes mycelium,the yield of letinous edodes fruiting body and the nutrients were investigated,the growth rate and growth of the mycelium,the dry weight of the fruiting body,the weight loss rate of the medium,the percentage of the respiratory consumption and the absolute biological efficiency,the moisture,the organic matter and the nitrogen and pHospHorus content of the fruiting body were measured.The aim of this study is to screen out the best formula for letinous edodes production.The main results of the experiment are as follows:1.We do letinous edodes inoculationof letinous edodes 931 and fast-growing 69 letinous edodes under different culture materials,the results showed that the two kinds of letinous edodes were able to grow to the full bag normally.After taking off the bags and managing the mushrooms,the two kinds of letinous edodes were able to grow.The full bag days of each culture group were in the range of 40~60 days;5~8 days after the fulling the bag,the mushroom management can produce normal mushrooms.All the materials used in the experiment can be used as letinous edodes cultivation substrate.2.The effects of mulberry branch,corn core and cottonseed shell on the growth speed,growth,yield and various nutrient contents of two kinds of mycelia were studied.The results showed that the growth rate of the mycelium of each culture group was about 4.80 ~ 6.20mm/d,and the weight of each culture group was about 13 ~ 30g;The water content of the group was about 88% ~ 89%,and the organic matter in the culture groups tended to be 34 ~ 42%,and the nitrogen content of each culture group remained between 31 and 38g/Kg,and the pHospHorus content of each culture group was about 2.50 to 4.00g/Kg.The content of water,organic matter and nitrogen and pHospHorus in different subgroups of each group reached the normal level,and there was a significant difference in the content of nutrients in each group.It indicated that the mulberry branch,corn and cottonseed shell could be used as the main material for the cultivation of letinous edodes and provided sufficient foiffing points for the growth of letinous edodes.3.Under the condition of adding a proper amount of wood chips,nutrients and pH value regulating substances(sucrose and lime),the growth rate and growth of mycelium in the mycelium of all groups was compared.The results showed that the growth rate of the mixture of mulberry branches and cottonseed shells was the fastest,which was 6.10mm/d,and the hypHa was relatively dense.There is no significant difference in the color of the mycelium of the group,but the growth rate of mycelium in each group has significant difference.So,if the growth of letinous edodes mycelium is used as a measure,the cottonseed shell is better than the mulberry branch(wood chips)and the corn core.4.Experiments were conducted to investigate the dry weight of letinous edodes seed,weight loss rate,respiratory consumption and absolute biological efficiency of different culture materials.The results showed that the dry weight of letinous edodes 931 fruiting body was 27.7g/ bag and the dry weight of 69 letinous edodes seed was 29.8g/ bag,and all of which belonged to the highest yield.There were significant differences in the production of letinous edodes in each group.Therefore,if letinous edodes yield is used as a measurement index,mulberry twig,cottonseed hull and corncob are the best choice for letinous edodes cultivation materials.5.Experiments were conducted to investigate the nutritional components of letinous edodes with different culture materials.The results showed that the content of water,organic matter and nitrogen and pHospHorus in different subgroups of different subgroups were compared.The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of nutrients in each culture.When mulberry branches,cottonseed shells and corn cob were mixed,the 931 water content of letinous edodes was 89.45%,and the speed was 69.The water content of letinous edodes is 89.97%,relatively high,the content of organic matter is 38.64% and 38.55%,which is in the middle value;letinous edodes 931 is 37.98g/Kg,and the fast-growing 69 letinous edodes containing nitrogen is 33.02g/Kg,relatively high;the 931 pHospHorus content of letinous edodes is 3.76g/Kg,and the pHospHorus content of fast-growing 69 letinous edodes is 3.69g/Kg,which belongs to the highest pHospHorus content in each group.Therefore,if the nutritional components of letinous edodes were used as the measuring index,mulberry twig,cottonseed hull and corncob mixed were still the best choice for letinous edodes cultivation materials.6.Under the conditions of different letinous edodes culture,two kinds of letinous edodes mycelium growth,the production of letinous edodes fruiting body and nutrient composition were considered.The analysis of variance showed that the mulberry branch,cottonseed shell and corncob were the best choice for the comprehensive letinous edodes.
