| Potato yield and quality are affected by large area continuous cropping,and intercropping can alleviate the obstacle of potato continuous cropping.In this paper,potato and oats were used as the research objects in the semi-arid region of Ningxia.The population growth,photosynthetic physiology,nitrogen uptake and yield were studied under five planting patterns:potato monoculture,oat monoculture and potato oat intercropping.The effect of quality.In order to provide theoretical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of dry land agriculture in semiarid area.The results are as follows:1 the height of potato tuber was the highest,the stem diameter was the largest and the leaf area was the largest.The plant height of IP increased by 8.4%,9.7%and 19.1%respectively compared with the other three treatments,and the stem diameter of 2P:20 increased 8.6%,9.6%and 18.5%respectively than that of IP,4P:20 and 4P:80,and the leaf area of 4P:80 increased by 4.1%,19.4%and 32.1%respectively than that of IP,2P:20 and 4P:20,respectively.The height of oat was highest at maturity,and the height of 4P:20 plant was higher than the other three treatments,which was 7.6%,9.8%and 10.2%higher than that of 10,2P:20 and 4P:80,and the largest stem and maximum leaf area at the filling stage.The 2P:20 stem diameter increased by 6.9%,3.6%and 9.6%respectively compared with the other three treatments,and the 4P:20 leaf area was increased by 15.1%,3.8%,1.8%than that of 10,2P:20 and 4P:80.2.The peroxidase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)of potato 4P:80 treatment during the whole growth period was significantly higher than that of other intercropping(P<0.05),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)was the highest in the tuber formation period,and the malondialdehyde(MDA)of intercropped potato leaves was higher than that of single cropping(P<0.05),and the intercropping of monoculture promoted the horse.The activities of protective enzymes POD and CAT increased,and the lipid peroxidation MDA content increased,but there was difference between treatments.Peroxidase(CAT)was the largest in oat flowering period,and 4P:80 catalase(CAT)was significantly higher than that of other treatments.Oat heading,peroxidase activity(POD)function and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were the highest,and there was a significant difference between 4P:80 and the other three treatments(P<0.05);oat ripening period Functional leaf superoxide dismutase activity(SOD)was the highest and 4P:80 was the largest,showing a significant difference from the other three treatments(P<0.053.With the growth period,the total nitrogen content of potato leaves and the ground stem increased first and then decreased,the total nitrogen content of the potato tuber increased gradually,and the total nitrogen content of oat leaves and the stems of oats rose first and then declined,but the content of panicle total nitrogen in oat was gradually increasing with the growth period.Potential.In mature period,the nitrogen utilization efficiency and nitrogen utilization index between 4P:20 and oats were the highest,followed by 4P:20,and the nitrogen utilization rate and nitrogen utilization index of potato were higher than that of oats.4.In potato and oat intercropping populations,the yield of potato 4P:20 was the highest,and the yield of intercropping oats was the largest.The soil equivalent ratio(LER)of intercropping group 2P:20,4P:20 and 4P:80(LER)were 1.09,1.21 and 1.12 respectively,which indicated that the intercropping was more efficient than single cropping,and the relative competitiveness(APO)of 2P:20,4P:20 and 4P:80 in the intercropping population was-0.16,-0.05,-0.23,indicating that the competitiveness of potato to resources was less than oat.5.The Vc content of potato was highest under 4P:80 treatment,and increased by 40.6%,29.5%,15.6%in turn,and 2P:20 of potato reducing sugar and crude protein content were the highest,and increased by 6.3%,3.1%,16.8%and 3.6%,1.1%and 1.2%than IP,4P:20 and 4P:80,and the starch content IP was the highest,and compared with IP,4P:20,4.P:80 increased 12.5%,30.1%,40.7%,oat starch content and crude protein content were the highest in 2P:20,and increased by 48.4%,46.9%,54.5%and 3.5%,2.6%,12.9%than the other three,and the oat crude fat content was the highest in 4P:20,and increased 28.6%,14.3%,42.9%than the other three treatments. |
