China is a great country of forest resources,and trees play a very important role.Tree height is the most important feature of the tree,so the measurement of tree height is very important.And most of the measurement tools of tree height is carried out by surveying personnel in forest.Not only the measurement efficiency is low,but many dangers are there in the measurement process.With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,the development of tree height measuring instruments is getting better and better.Although measuring instruments of tree height is improving,people still need to shuttle in the complex forest environment,in fact the working environment has not been improved.Considering that the caterpillar walking mechanism can work on the complex road and the cross-country performance is superior,so this paper considers the combination of crawler walking mechanism and advanced measuring instrument,at the same time,numerical control technology is applied to position adjustment of measuring laser,finally it introduces the tracked vehicle of laser for measuring trees.Based on the overall structure design of the tracked vehicle of laser for measuring trees,the general layout is determined.And the cross-country passage of the caterpillar chassis is analyzed,including two aspects of crossing the trench and the step,based on the research of the tracked mechanism and measuring instruments at home and abroad,the mechanism of the laser measuring and the crawler walking mechanism are designed.Design of laser measuring mechanism mainly includes frame,measuring laser instrument,electric control cabinet,material box and measuring mechanism of adjusting the position of measuring laser instrument;and design of track type walking mechanism mainly includes the following parts:the design of driving wheel,the design of supporting wheel,the design of guide wheel and the design of suspension.The tree measurement method is based on the measurement principle of trigonometric leveling.Two tree height measurement methods are established,one is on the plane,the other is on the slope,and their accuracy is analyzed.The accuracy of the tree measurement is in accordance with the accuracy of forest survey or not.At the same time,the Sol id Works software is used to simulate measurement of the height of tree by the tracked vehicle of laser for measuring trees,and the height measurement range of the laser tree measuring vehicle is determined.And the simulation datas verify that the trigonometric leveling laser ranging is suitable for the accuracy requirement of forest resources survey.The numerical control system is introduced into tracked vehicle of laser for measuring trees,and the position of the laser is automatically adjusted,thereby increasing the measuring range of tracked vehicle of laser for measuring trees and making the measurement of trees convenient and quick.The CNC system mainly determines the control system plan;the requirement analysis of control system is analyzed,and the circuit diagram is drawn and the relevant hardware is selected;the human-machine interaction interface namely touchscreen is analyzed and designed,and the PLC program of the whole control system is written. |
