Selecting Wulanba Forest Farm,Hada Farm,Bohai Seed Garden,Qingshan Forest Farm,and Hegang Forestry Bureau Seed Garden in Heilongjiang,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia to determine the growth of 90 treatments to 3,4,and 5 year growth data of the adult family were used as objects,and the growth and preservation rates were analyzed.AMMI model,Eberhart and Russell models,Shukla model,and George model were used to analyze the stability of the family.The ASReml software was used to estimate the breeding value of the family,and the fine families were selected.It is instructive to choose a line with good growth,high stability and good genetic effect at the seedling stage.The main findings are as follows:1.There are abundant variations among the families of Larix olgensis.The variation coefficients of NB127,CH19,NB173,LK278 and CH252 of the 5 year-old L.olgensis family are large,and the variation of CH303,BS309,HG29,CH29 and CH309 in the family is small.The variability of pedigrees in the three epochs was comprehensive,and the variability of the families CH264,BS209,and LK122 were all large;the performance of LK450 and CH309 was unstable;and the variability of HG29 and BS158 were small.2.The differences among the families of Larix olgensis reached extremely significant levels.The five-year-old family Hegang HG28,HG13,BS542,and HG45 grew fastest.The fastest growing areas in Qingshan are CH18,NB186,LK563 and LK638.Wulan Dam NB174,NB137,NB248 and NB104 have the fastest growth.Xiaobeihu NB173,CH303,LK445,CH29 grew fastest.Hada CH264,CH252,NB181 and NB101 have the fastest growth.The comprehensive analysis families HG29,NB173,HG45,BS542,BS209,CH18,CH27,NB181,NB137,and LK221 are high-growth excellent families,among which NB181,N3127,BS542,BS209,and LK221 have high preservation rates,and NB173,CH18,and CH27 have relatively high With high preservation rates,HG29 and HG45 have lower preservation rates.3.The 5 year old stability analysis shows that BS542,LK563,LK221,HG21,LK299,CH9,LK555,and CH27 are highly stable.The three-year stability evaluation model has low consistency.For the four-year pedigree stability evaluation,the agreement between the AMMI model and the George model and the Shukla model is relatively high;for the stability evaluation of the five-year pedigree,the agreement between the AMMI model and the Shukla model is relatively high.Through comparative analysis,LK555,CH278,LK211,CH9,and HG21 exhibited higher stability,and CHI 8,BS209,NB101,and CH303 exhibited low stability.In combination with high growth,the family BS542,LK221,and CH27 belong to the high-yield and stable production type,and BS209 and CH18 belong to the high-yield unstable production type.4.ASReml software analysis results show that the five-year-old families NB127,HG29,LK278,HG45,BS209,NB181,NB101,HG22 and LK299 have higher estimated breeding values.Based on three annual analyses,the pedigrees HG45,HG29,NB181,BS209,CH27,NB127,BS542 had high breeding values,followed by NB127,NB173,CH309,LK563,and CHI 8 with higher breeding values.There is no clear relationship between family stability and breeding value.In combination with high growth analysis,HG29,HG45,CH27,NB181,NB127,BS209,BS542,NB173,and CH18 in the family had higher breeding values and higher growth.
