Aquaponics,the combined culture of fish and plants in recirculating systems,has become increasingly popular.Aquaponic systems with different media have been used to raise hybrid tilapia,Nile tilapia,rainbow trout,Murray cod and hybrid catfish.Carassius auratus var.Qihe is a natural female nuclear development with high nutritional value and economic value.In recent years,with the increase of the breeding density,the amount of baits increased,resulting in the serious eutrophication of water body and the declining quality of the fish's living environment.Therefore,it is great value to study the purification effect of different plants on the aquaculture water and the survival situation of the Carassius auratus var.Qihe in the aquaculture water.In this research,different hydroponic crops and aquatic plants are applied to the aquaculture bucket,and the plants are planted in the aquaculture bucket using floating bed and network box technology.At the same time,the effect of the total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrous nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and orthophosphates of water in the aquaculture bucket has been improved to improve the ecological environment of aquaculture water.Moreover,the morphological indexes of fish and serum biochemical indexes of fish were measured.It provides a reference for the sustainable development of aquaculture industry.1?In this trial,we select the hydroponic crops suitable for the symbiotic system and analyze the nitrogen and phosphorus removal ability of three kinds of vegetables in the aquaculture bucket and the morphological indexes of fish.Three types of hydroponics are:Ipomoea aquatica F,Lactuca sativa L var.Ramosa Hort,Amaranthus tricolor L.The experimentwas conducted for a month and a half,and the hydration index was detected regularly(total nitrogen,nitrous nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and orthophosphate).After the experiment,the morphological indicators were measured.The results showed that the total nitrogen and nitrate in the pail of amaranth,cabbage and lettuce were lower than the control group after August 14.The total phosphorus and positive phosphates in the control group were higher than those in the other three groups.The whole length,length,height and weight of the fish were higher than the control group in the aquaculture bucket of the cabbage and lettuce group.This shows that these three plants can effectively reduce the nutrients in the water.At the same time,fish growth is also better.2?Select aquatic plants suitable for the symbiotic system,the removal ability of three kinds of aquatic plants in the aquaculture bucket of water are analyzed.Three kinds of aquatic plants are: Lemna minor L,Vallisneria natans(Lour.)Hara and Ceratophyllum demersum L.The experiment was conducted for a month and a half,and the hydration index was detected regularly(total nitrogen,nitrous nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and orthophosphate).After the experiment,the morphological indicators were measured.The results showed that the total nitrogen,nitrate,nitrous nitrogen,total phosphorus and orthophosphate of the Ceratophyllum demersum L group were lower in Ceratophyllum demersum L than the control group.The total phosphorus was lower than the control group.The total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the duckweed group were not significantly different from the control group.The length,body length,body height and weight of the fish were higher than that in the control group.This indicates that the goldfish algae can be effective in alleviating the eutrophication of the water body.At the same time,fish growth is also better.3?Select 24 breeding barrels of uniform specifications,each with three parallel,total 8groups.Six kinds of plants are grown in barrels,which are Ipomoea aquatica F,Lactuca sativa l.var.Ramosa Hort,Amaranthus tricolor L,Lemna minor L,Vallisneria natans(Lour.)Hara and Ceratophyllum demersum L.After the experiment,five fish were removed from each culture bucket.The morphological indexes,feed utilization and serum biochemical indexes were measured.The results showed that glutamate transaminase in Ipomoea aquatica F group were lower than the control group.The total protein in the Ipomoea aquatica F group was higher than that in the control group.The triglycerides and cholesterol in the Ipomoea aquatica F group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The glucose in the Ipomoea aquatica F group was lower than the control group.The activity of glutamate transaminase in Ceratophyllum demersum L.group was lower than that in the control group.The serum total protein of the Ceratophyllum demersum L.group was higher than the control group.The triglycerides were higher than those in the control group.The glucose was lower than that in the control group.Therefore,in the water swamp group and the goldfish algae group,the fish life condition is good.
