On the basis of the analysis of previous research on the excavating equipment of bamboo and tree roots,this paper puts forward three main cleaning methods of smash,sawing and cutting,and selecting a kind of bamboo root cleaning equipment suitable for hilly areas of Zhejiang province through experiments.The main research results are as follows:First,a questionnaire was designed to collect the demand for bamboo root digging and removing equipment from society and forest farmers,including power source,portability,clearance form,design cost,minimum efficiency,and the quality of preparation,to determine the technical objectives of this paper.In order to fully refer to the mature tree root mining equipment in the market,three methods were selected as "bit crushing type,chain saw cutting type and cylinder rotary cutting" for bamboo root scavenging.From the point of view of design,the design plan of main machinery of power source and actuator is introduced.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were analyzed through experiments,and then the best bamboo root cleaning scheme was found out.It was found that the pulverized bamboo root scavenging machine can completely or partially smash the bamboo root in a certain degree,but the operation stability,safety and the sustainable strength of the operation are not good,so it was difficult to meet the needs of cleaning operation.In the sawing bamboo root excavator test,the efficiency of the sawing bamboo root excavator,the success rate of the operation,the intensity of the operation and the sustainability of the operation were comprehensively analyzed.It was found that the sawing bamboo root excavator has a high success rate in digging bamboo roots,but the wear of the working parts of the equipment is fast and the damage rate of the equipment was very high.In the scavenging test,the inner diameter of the rotary cutting cylinder should be about 20 mm to the residual bamboo root to ensure that the rotary cutting cylinder can cut the root smoothly and avoid the larger resistance of the rotary cutting cylinder in the friction of the bamboo root.In order to ensure the success rate of the excavation,it was necessary to use auxiliary equipment to remove the upper bamboo root in order to ensure the success rate of the long residual bamboo roots,and then excavate it and eliminate the failure of the mining because of the lack of the height of the rotary cutting cylinder.In the rotary cutting test,the prototype is optimized 3 times.The success rate of the prototype is 100%,the average clearance efficiency was 47s/ root and the total weight is 13 kg,which meets the original design goal.Finally,the differences in success rate,quality and efficiency of the three mining institutions were compared..It was considered that the way of digging bamboo root by rotary cutting is obviously superior than the other two ways.Therefore,this way was the main research method of the research group in the future.In addition,a safety protection rack is designed to further improve the safety and efficiency of operation.After this improvement,the cylinder rotary cutting prototype has been basically set up to meet the basic requirements of pilot test and demonstration.This study is of great significance for lightening the bamboo farmers’ labor intensity,improving the ecological benefits and economic benefits of bamboo forests. |
