Effects Of Silver Black Reflective Film On Soil Properties And Fruit Quality Of Nanfeng Tangerine

Nanfeng tangerine(Citrus reticulita Blanco cv.Kinokuni)is a unique citrus variety in Jiangxi province.In recent years,the quality of fruit has been getting worse,which affects the further development of Nanfeng tangerine industry.In order to improve the quality of fruit,the effect of mulching on the soil properties and fruit quality was analyzed by covering the silver black reflective film in the plain and hilly orchard of Nanfeng tangerine(120 d after flowering)to the harvest period(210 d after flowering).The main results are as follows:(1)The number of bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi in the soil of hilly and flat orchards was significantly improved by mulching,and the contents of organic matter,hydrolytic N,available K,exchangeable Ca and effective Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in soil were significantly increased,but the effects of surface mulching on soil p H value and available boron content were less.The mulching treatment significantly increased exchangeable Mg content in the soil of the flat citrus orchard,and had little effect on exchangeable Mg content in orchards of hilly land.(2)The mulching treatment significantly improved the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the lower inner chamber leaves of the Nanfeng tangerine,and decreased the concentration of CO2 in the leaves.The mulching treatment significantly increased the proline content of the leaves of the hilly and flat citrus orchard,but had little effect on the soluble protein content.The mulching treatment significantly increased the soluble sugar content of flat citrus orchard,but had little effect on the soluble sugar content of orchards in hilly land.(3)The mulch treatment significantly increased the content of CCI(citrus color index),TSS(soluble solid content)and soluble sugar in the fruit of the crown of the citrus orchard.It also had a positive effect on improving the decomposition and synthesis of sucrose synthase.The content of CCI,TSS,Vc(Vitamin C),soluble sugar,glucose,sucrose and fructose in the fruit of the canopy of the citrus orchard was significantly improved by mulching,and it had a positive effect on improving the decomposition and synthesis of sucrose synthase and sucrose synthase.The mulching treatment significantly increased the TSS and soluble sugar content of fruit on the periphery of citrus orchard in hilly land.The mulch treatment significantly increased the content of CCI,TSS and soluble sugar in the fruit fruit of the hilly citrus orchard,and had a positive effect on improving the activity of sucrose synthase(synthetic direction)and sucrose phosphate synthase.In summary,the mulching silver and black reflective film in Nanfeng tangerine orchard can improve the soil microbial quantity,soil nutrient and photosynthetic characteristics of leaves,thus promoting the improvement of fruit quality.The effect of film mulching on flat citrus orchard is better than that in hilly orchards.The effect of mulching on the fruit quality of the crown is better than that of the crown.
