Abstract/Summary:
The realization of water conservancy informatization is the only way to achieve scientific water control and water conservation.At present,most of the communication methods of water conservancy information in the Mingqu drainage basin in China depend on cable communication methods such as communication optical cables and signal cables.The wired communication methods have a long construction period,large investment,poor scalability,and poor maintainability,which greatly limit the China’s water information development.The wireless communication network has many advantages such as short construction period,low investment,strong expansion,and simple maintenance..At present,the irrigation area lacks real-time,comprehensiveness and accuracy monitoring and feedback on the soil temperature,humidity,rainfall,seasonal climate change and other public opinions,and it is impossible to realize the automation of the farmland in the irrigation area.The serious imbalance between the demand and supply of farmland irrigation water makes irrigation efficiency of irrigation areas generally low.The existing measurement facilities of the irrigation area are also few,and the measurement is inaccurate.Basically,simple and artificial experience is still used for observation,and the measurement accuracy is low,and it cannot be controlled in real time.This paper addresses the need for the informatization construction of water conservancy projects in China,which is currently about to be vigorously developed,and studies the wireless communication technologies,intelligent public opinion monitoring systems,and modern measurement water systems used in most of China’s irrigation areas.First of all,the overall layout of the Luzi Irrigation District’s information transmission has enabled the exchange of information between the various levels of the Authority,as well as the information transmission between the various information collection points and the Authority.The source of soil moisture collection system information is the collection terminal.The collection terminal transmits the collected information to the collection module,then to the GRRS module,then to the public network,and finally sends the data to the information management center,so as to achieve a reasonable water distribution.By analyzing the principle and characteristics of traditional and new flow measurement equipment,traditional measurement equipment cannot be automated,and the requirements for informatization construction do not meet,while the new type of measurement water equipment meets the needs of modern water conservancy.The measurement water facility can directly measure the flow information and transmit it to the management center through the wireless communication device.Wireless communication mode is preferred when selecting GPRS,and Beidou satellite navigation is used when there is no wireless signal.In order to ensure the safety of communications,a network security plan has been specially formulated.This forms a complete information transmission system for the irrigation area itself.
