Estimation of crop yield is an important direction of agricultural development and an important basis for world food security. Our country has the largest population in the world, and the first thing to solve is the food problem of the population.Corn is one of the important food crops of mankind, and it is very important to ensure the safety of maize production in food security and improve agricultural production capacity.Hyperspectral remote sensing in monitoring and acquisition of a variety of information development is rapid,real-time using hyperspectral remote sensing technology, maize growth information accurately, and the correlation between canopy spectral characteristic parameters is of great significance to the agricultural yield estimation. The effective utilization of hyperspectral remote sensing technology, can be efficient, safe to information acquisition of corn canopy, implement each information real-time monitoring, maize growth period of maize agronomic parameters of quantitative inversion, for precision, optimization of corn cultivation and management provides scientific guidance. Therefore, using high spectral data to estimate crops can provide scientific basis for agricultural development and food security. In this paper,MODIS-NDVI high-resolution remote sensing image data were used as the main data source, and GF-1 satellite images were corresponding to key crops of summer maize in the research area. The LAI distribution of maize was obtained by using the regression model of vegetation index to obtain the LAI value of corn.Through the production model LAI–environment and LAI-biomass model combining for word parameters obtained by the remote sensing production yield estimation for Yucheng 2016 corn yield distribution. The result of the estimation accuracy evaluation. The research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)High marks a number of remote sensing images is used to collect Yucheng city land use classification status and distribution of corn,by MODIS NDVI-finished product data in combination with different vegetation index(EVI,HJVI,MSAVI,RVI),and uses the different index to form a multiple regression model to obtain the distribution of LAI.(2)On the hyperspectral characteristics of corn growth process were analyzed, and the inversion of different growth period of maize canopy original spectral change law of different chlorophyll content, leaf water content, the crown height of corn under different biomass spectrum characteristics.(3)Through the"potential-stress factors for yield estimation model"under different parameters selection,LAI as the reflection of the phase when using the best maize yield could reach the maximum of physiological factors, accumulated at the same time, the accumulated temperature, solar radiation and moisture conditions as limiting factors which influence the production of corn eventually build LAI-environmental production model;Using the growth period of maize absorption of solar radiation and the combination of stress factors, such as temperature, moisture conditions, corresponding the cumulative biomass growth period of the ground, the LAI-biomass model is established combined with the harvest index to yield estimation with two models respectively. At the same time, the actual sampling results of 45 sample points in the 15sample areas of Yucheng were compared, and the accuracy of the actual yield and the estimated yield of maize was evaluated. On the hyperspectral characteristics of corn growth process were analyzed, and the inversion of different growth period of maize canopy original spectral change law of different chlorophyll content, leaf water content, the crown height of corn under different biomass spectrum characteristics.(4)The average value of the estimated yield based on LAI-environmental yield model is 10060kg·hm-2,which is slightly higher than the mean level of corn output provided by Yucheng station of the Chinese academy of sciences. The average yield of corn is 9636 kg·hm-2,and the yield of maize is between 9800 kg and hm-2.The average value of LAI-biomass model is 9270 kg·hm-2,which is slightly larger than the mean level of corn output provided by Yucheng station of the Chinese academy of sciences. The average yield of corn is 9636 kg·hm-2,and the yield of maize is between 980 kg and hm-2.
