Type Identification Of Pathogenic Ganoderma And Biological Characteristics Of The Rubber Tree And Acacia Spp.

This study was conducted on the isolation and identification of pathogenic ganoderma from the rubber trees and Acacia spp.in different cities and counties of Hainan and Yunnan.and the cause of rubber tree red root disease and determination of pathogenic pathogenic,as to the cause of Acacia spp.red root disease pathogen ganoderma pathogenic and biological characteristics.Through investigation and sampling of rubber planting areas and other forest areas in some cities and counties in Hainan Province and Yunnan Province,a total of sample collection and Ganoderma spp.57,the further study of the samples after the following conclusions:(1)The samples were isolated and identified.After morphological identification and molecular identification,6 species of Ganoderma were identified.They are Ganoderma pseudoferreum(Wakef)Over.et Steinm,G.philippii(Bres&Henn)Bres,G.fulvellum Bres.,G.tropicum(Jungh.)Bres.,G.australe(Fr.)pat.,and G.gibbosum(Nees)Pat.(2)Six kinds of Ganoderma were tested for pathogenicity,and there were three kinds of rubber tree pathogen ganoderma.G.pseudoferreum and G.philippii were the pathogenic ganoderma causing rubber tree red root disease.G.fulvellum is a new pathogen causing stalk rot of rubber trees;One species Acacia spp.pathogen ganoderma.which is G.tropicum,causes Acacia spp.red root disease;One species of Ganoderma coconut and grapefruit is G.australe causing stem rot of coconut and root rot of grapefruit.One species of non-pathogenic ganoderma is G.gibbosum,which is a fungus ganoderma on the head of a dead tree of rubber trees.(3)Field investigations revealed that two kinds of pathogenic ganoderma causing rubber red root disease were affected by geographical and climatic conditions.The basidiocarps of the same kind of red root disease pathogen ganoderma growing in different regions,or the basidiocarps born in different locations in the same place,has obvious differences in shape and color.Herbicide sprayed on the fruit will be seriously deformed.(4)The red root disease of rubber trees occurs mainly in the central area of Hainan province,with high incidence of incidence and tree mortality in Tunchang,Wuzhishan,Qiongzhong and Sangengluo town.Danzhou in western Hainan province is also the main pathogenesis of red root disease.(5)For species identification of acacia red root disease pathogen,identified as tropical Ganoderma tropicum,the biological characteristics research results show that the bacteria in the use of nutrition,the optimum growth of carbon source for D-fructose,optimum growth is calcium nitrate nitrogen source.
