Anxi YunZhongShan Nature Reserve Ecological Compensation Mechanism Optimization Research

Yun Zhongshan Natural Reserve in Anxi County is located in the middle subtropical zone and south subtropical transition zone of China,which belongs to the southern extension of Daiyun Mountain,and there are steep mountains,complex terrain in the natural reserve,which has the typical zonal vegetation,the main vegetation is subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,and the ecological environment is diversiform;as in the northwest corner of Anxi County,less human disturbance,the forest landscape is well preserved.Complex climatic factors,abundant water resources and dense forests provide a good environment for wildlife to inhabit and multiply.It is not only an ideal place to study the biodiversity,but also a window to carry out natural protection,monitoring of scientific research and education,ecological tourism and promote Anxi county about civilization construction achievements.Through the field visit about surrounding areas of Yun Zhongshan Natural Reserve,using an anonymous questionnaire survey,first analyzed by forest owners on the ecological compensation mechanism of ecological compensation mechanism of satisfaction survey and the sense of responsibility,sense of identity,and then analyzes the evaluation of forest owners for the forest’s willingness to pay factors and will factors thoughts on the collected data descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of Logistics in SPSS,to carry out the research which based on the perspective of forest owners to Yun Zhongshan Natural Reserve ecological compensation mechanism of protection mechanism.The results show that,in the Anxi Yun Zhongshan reserve,the owners of forest ownership have the following characteristics of the cognition and satisfaction of the ecological mechanism:(1)The owner of forest property has low satisfaction with the management and protection of the forest land.The main influencing factors are the satisfaction of forest owner,the importance of forest ownership,the ecological position of the owner,and the degree of understanding of the forestry owner’s related policies.(2)The owners of forest ownership have high sense of responsibility and approval for the management and protection of forest land.The main influencing factors are as follows:the ownership of forest ownership,the annual income of family,the influence of ecological compensation mechanism on the owner of forest property,and the degree of participation of Lin Quan’s owner in the ecological compensation mechanism.(3)The owners of forest property should pay more attention to the ecological compensation mechanism and their willingness to participate.The main influencing factors for forest owners:the occupation,educational level,family income,land fund levy expectation,residence ecological location of the important level of forest stakeholders recognition of the extent of ecological compensation mechanism,effect satisfaction,woodland difference compensation degree of identity and other aspects.Current situation of management and influence in Yun Zhongshan Natural Reserve of Anxi County and the surrounding areas,this paper proposes to further improve the ecological compensation mechanism,the implementation of differentiated forest compensation and ideas and measures to actively guide the forest owners to participate in the ecological compensation mechanism.
