In recent years,the forage industry has developed rapidly,and alfalfa has been vigorously promoted in agriculture.However,at present the most main use traditional extensive alfalfa planting without control irrigation,water is not timely,uneven,inadequate or excessive irrigation water is often happened,low utilization efficiency of water resources,shortage and waste phenomenon.It is necessary to establish a reliable and practical intelligent control system to realize intelligent planting management of alfalfa grass.Therefore,in order to realize saving water,wireless monitoring and intelligent decision-making,this paper designed the clover intelligent control system,mainly divides into automatic irrigation,wireless monitoring,multiple environmental information fusion decision three modules.First of all,in order to promote utilization of water resources,the design module,the automatic irrigation with the single chip processor as the core main research content of control system for temperature and humidity acquisition,wireless sending and receiving,irrigation control,and gives the hardware circuit and software programming.According to the water demand of crops and the actual soil moisture content,this module can be used to measure the soil moisture content in a timely and appropriate manner.Secondly,to realize unmanned intelligent monitoring,wireless monitoring module was designed,mainly based on Zig Bee sensor network,from the perspective of software and hardware design scheme is given,which based on hardware is designed and implemented the each module of the system software,including data acquisition module,power supply module,a microprocessor module,data transmission and PC software development.To realize intelligent decision,design the clover multiple environmental information fusion module,using alfalfa growth factor as the standard,to temperature,humidity,soil moisture three environmental factors as the processing model;Through the use of multi-source information fusion technology,the irrigation amount of irrigation equipment is divided more accurately,and the combination control of multiple devices is realized,and intelligent decision-making is completed.Finally,the experimental results show that the system can work in a normal and stable way,and replace the traditional irrigation method with automatic irrigation technology,so as to achieve the goal of water-saving irrigation and labor liberation.The system is suitable for the development of automatic irrigation technology in China,effectively saving manpower and cost,and making alfalfa grass planting control system more intelligent.
