Research On The Development Of Herbivorous Animal Husbandry In Southwest China

In recent years,with the development of economy,people have paid more attention to the diversification,ecology and green of food and especially food safety.The demand for grass-based animal products,mainly beef and mutton,has increased year by year.In response to the people's livelihood needs,the central Committee of the communist party of China also proposes to strengthen the structural reform of agricultural supply side and form a reasonable structure to ensure the effective supply of agricultural products.And with the progress of urbanization,people in rural areas are returning grass,forage resources are becoming more and more abundant and bring new opportunities for the development of grass-eating animal husbandry.Therefore,developing herbivorous animal husbandry vigorously is not only to meet the needs of the structural reform of agricultural supply side,adjust the structure of agricultural products supply,make up for the gap in the market of herbivorous animal products but also to promote the rational use of herbivorous resources and the realization of the strategy of "storing grain in grass".In this paper,the author chooses the development of herbivorous animal husbandry in southwest China as the research object.First of all,the author takes the theory of animal husbandry economics as the theoretical support with the help of the domestic and foreign research results of herbivorous animal husbandry and states that development of herbivorous animal husbandry can not only speed up the process of animal husbandry and agricultural modernization,promote the development of local economy but also promote the development of circular agriculture,beautiful countryside construction and revitalization of rural inevitable requirements.Besides,it can ensure food safety and maintain national security.Secondly,through the research and analysis,it is concluded that there are still some problems in the grass-feeding animal husbandry in southwest China such as insufficient utilization of forage resources,imperfect combination of planting and breeding,incomplete preferential support policies,imperfect science and technology support system and incomplete agricultural social service system.Then,according to the problems existing in the development of grass-eating animal husbandry in southwest China and the actual situation in southwest China,it can be concluded that in order to promote the development of grass-eating animal husbandry in southwest China,we must follow the principles of planting and breeding combination,adjust measures to local conditions and coordinated economic,social and ecological development.What's more,we should treat "grain-by-feed" ternary structure optimization,moderate scale propulsion,science and technology innovation drive as the development focus.Finally,closely combines with the development of grass-eating animal husbandry in southwest China,this paper argues that the sustainable and healthy development of grass-eating animal husbandry in southwest China should be promoted from five aspects: improving the utilization rate of grass-eating resources,improving the mode of planting and breeding,increasing policy support,establishing and improving the agricultural social service system,increasing scientific and technological investment and promotion.
