| Cassava mechanized harvesting is a weak link in the cassava planting industry.Currently,the domestic harvesting cassava harvesting machinery lacks mature models.The existing cassava harvesting machinery has a low degree of automation.The foreign cassava harvesting machinery is mature,but it is not applicable to Our sticky soil.Therefore,the development of a new type of cassava tuber harvester suitable for the operation of clay soils in China,with controllable pull-up speed,and excavation of loose soil-pull-up and shake separation functions,is of great significance in promoting the development of cassava harvesting mechanization in China.This article comprehensively considers cassava growth,operating efficiency,soil cleanliness,harvesting and breaking loss,maximum pull-out force,traction resistance and other factors.Based on the original cassava harvester developed by Guangxi University,the new cassava harvester The main components are designed,and a rigid and flexible one-piece coupling technology is used to establish a virtual prototype of the cassava harvester.Stress and strain analysis is performed on the main components under the working load conditions.At the same time,the main components are parametrically modeled and lightweight optimization is carried out.Finally,through field experiments,the rationality of the design was verified.The results showed that the main structural parameters of the new cassava harvester were reasonable,all agencies were running smoothly,and related actions could be completed according to the design requirements;the light weight of the main working parts was significant,the quality of the front straight beam was reduced by 43.6%,and the weight of the support rod was reduced by 36.8%,the quality of connecting plates was reduced by 23.2%,the mass of diagonal beams was reduced by 53.6%,the plow column quality was reduced by 34.6%,and the loss rate of harvesting machines was 4.71%,which was a decrease of 47.08%compared to the original cassava harvesters;The cleanliness of soil separation was 0.795,an increase of 13.9%. |
