Verticillium wilt is by Verticillium dahliae caused serious harm to soil fungal Solanaceae crop growth bornediseases,at present the potato cultivation due to years of planting potato wilt disease incidence increased year by year,but the research on disease prevention and control measures of Verticillium Wilt of potato are few.In this study,pot experiments and field experiments were conducted to study the effects of potassium and Bacillus subtilis on nutrient uptake and Verticillium wilt incidence and yield of potato,so as to provide a scientific basis for finding a new and environmentally friendly method to control potato Verticillium wilt.The main results are as follows:(1)Potassium fertilizer increased the dry matter weight of potato significantly,while Bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on it,but the effect of combined application of potassium fertilizer and potassium fertilizer was better than that of single application of potassium fertilizer and Bacillus subtilis.Potassium and Bacillus subtilis significantly affected nitrogen accumulation in potato organs,and nitrogen accumulation in K2 B treatments was higher than that in other treatments at all growth stages.In the tuber enlargement stage,different potassium levels had significant effects on the different organs and different phosphorus accumulation,K2B0 processing of potato root phosphorus accumulation was 34.78% higher than that of K0B0 treatment,the potato stalk in the phosphorus accumulation,K2B0 and K1B0 than K0B0 treatment increased by 48.07% and 15.47% respectively,and Bacillus subtilis preparation after fertilization K1 B,K2B,and K0 B of potato root phosphorus accumulation than the corresponding single potassium 16.5%,11.83% and 9.78% increase respectively.In addition,Bacillus subtilis can also promote potassium absorption in potato.K2 B and K1 B treatment increased potassium accumulation in potato root by 15.84% and 11.09% compared with potassium treatment alone.(2)Potash fertilizer can effectively reduce the incidence of potato Verticillium wilt,while potassium combined with Bacillus subtilis is better than single potassium fertilizer in controlling potato Verticillium wilt.In the pot experiment,the single application of potato Verticillium potassium K3 V and K2 V treatment was K0 V treatment were decreased by 50% and 17%,and the combined application of Bacillus subtilis,K3 VB,K2VB processing potato wilt incidence is the corresponding single fertilizer treatment was decreased by 34%,41.25%.Similar results have been obtained in field trials.(3)The application of potash and Bacillus subtilis had significant effect on soil urease and invertase activity,of which K1B0 treatment of soil urease activity was significantly higher than that of K0B0 treatment,K0B0 treatment increased by 19.33%,while the combined application of Bacillus subtilis on soil urease activity effect is better than single fertilizer,soil urease activity with K2 B treatment compared with K2B0 treatment increased 21.99%,the change trend of urease and sucrase activity consistent.(4)Bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on potato yield,but potash fertilizer had a significant effect on potato yield,while in combination with Bacillus subtilis,the yield of potato was better than that of single application of potassium fertilizer.The K2B0 and K1B0 processing of potato yield than K0B0 treatment were increased by 29.12% and 11.11%,and K fertilizer application of Bacillus subtilis treatment on the yield and commodity rate and single fertilizer treatment compared with K1 B yield and commodity rate of potato K1B0 treatment increased by 6.21% and 6.65% respectively.
