| Actinomycete 5406,known as Streptomyces Jingyangensis,is a kind of Streptomyces with growth promotion and biocontrol function.It is widely used in agricultural production due to its growth promotion during 1970s.However,because of its slow growth,fuction degradation,and difficulty in fermentation,and the application of large amounts of chemical fertilizer in agricultural production,it is slowly forgot by people.But now the effect of chemical fertilizer on the environment is becoming more and more serious.Relatively environmentally friendly and natural microbial fertilizer became the needs of the market.5406 actinomycete as the most potential biocontrol microbial fertilizer is arousing people's attention.The growth promotion of 5406 actinomycete had been reported in 1970s.But no data proof of the system has been found.In this study,the growth promotion fuction of 5406 actinomycete to the Goetzeaceae vegetables and bnana was studied.And the effect of 5406 on the wilt diease control caused by Fusarium oxysporum in banana and eggplant was also studied.The results are as follows:(1)5406 actinomycetes fermentation broth and powder had little effect on the germination of Eggplant and Cherry Tomatoes seeds.The effects on the growth of seedlings of banana and Solanaceae Vegetables(eggplant and Cherry Tomatoes)were very obvious,including root development,root and top weight,leaf chlorophyll content and the growth of root tip cells of the seedlings,but 5406 of the use dose had a certain range,when the concentration was too high,it was inhibited.(2)5406 actinomycetes had a certain antagonistic effect on the eggplant Fusarium wilt pathogen,combined with the ability to promote the growth of the plant seedlings,greatly increased the resistance of Eggplant Seedlings to eggplant Fusarium wilt;5406 actinomycetes had no obvious antagonism to the banana fusarium wilt,but 5406 treatment could obviously reduce the disease index of wilt disease and enhance the resistance of plant. |
