We investigated the effects of irrigation and fertilization on tomato growth conditions,soil water and salt movement and physiological of tomato leaf to seek an ideal water and fertilizer saving mode which easy popularization vegetable production and can lay a certain foundation for high quality and efficiency cultivation technology.Therefor,we integrated the tube outflow and film mulched irrigation to improving water use efficiency and promoting the integration of irrigation and fertilizer.These results may provided a theoretical reference for further development and promotion small tube flow under film furrow irrigation on vegetable planting.The main research results are as follows:?1?The effect of irrigation and fertilizer control on transport of soil moisture and salt in growing period of greenhouse tomato.After different irrigation,the soil moisture increased greatly.With the increase of irrigation amount,the soil moisture increased significantly.With the increase of time after irrigation,soil moisture gradually downward migration.Compared with CK,with the increase of after irrigation time,other surface soil moisture did not change significantly.After different fertilization,with the increase of fertilizer,soil salt was gradually increased and it increased significantly with the increase of time.After fertilization,the soil salt with water transport gradually downward migration,the greater the amount of fertilization,with the increment of soil water salt also increased.Compared with CK,with the increase of after fertilization time,other surface salinity has no obvious change.?2?The effect of irrigation and fertilizer control on the growth status of greenhouse tomato.The effect of irrigation and fertilizer amount on the growth status of greenhouse tomato during the whole growth period was obvious.By comparing the tomato plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,chlorophyll content changes in tomato seedling,flowering and fruiting periods showed that with the increase of irrigation and fertilizer amount,the overall growth status of tomato showed a good trend,but the individual parameters showed that it is not the more the irrigation amount and the amount of fertilizer,the better the growth of tomato.The amount of water and fertilizer should be adjusted reasonably to make them organically combined and maximize the efficiency of water and fertilizer utilization.The effect of irrigation amount on tomato seedling stage and flowering stage was obvious,and the amount of fertilizer had significant effect on tomato fruit stage.Compared with CK,the fertilizer effect of tubular membrane under water flow furrow irrigation was better than general irrigation mode.?3?The effect of irrigation and fertilizer control on the gas exchange parameters of greenhouse tomato leaves.The effects of irrigation and fertilizer amount on the gas exchange parameters of greenhouse tomato leaves were very obvious.Compared with the seedling stage and flowering stage,tomato had greater demand for water and fertilizer in the fruit stage.And through the comparison of leaf photosynthetic rate?Pn,?mmol·m-2·s-1?,transpiration rate(Tr,mmol?m-2?s-1),stomatal conductance(Gs,mmol?m-2?s-1),intercellular CO2 concentration?Ci,ppm?and water use efficiency?WUE?,we coould know that with the increase of the the amount of irrigation,tomato growth showed a good trend,which indicated the amount of irrigation was very important for tomato fruit growth.With the increase of fertilizer,the overall growth of tomato leaves showed a good trend,but that was not the more nitrogen fertilizer applied,the better the growth of tomato.Therefore,according to the actual situation,we formulated the irrigation and fertilization system of greenhouse tomato fruit period.?4?The effect of irrigation and fertilizer control on yield of greenhouse tomato.With the increase of irrigation amount,the fruit weight of greenhouse tomato also increased gradually,and the change was significant?p<0.05?.The effect of irrigation amount on the yield per plant of tomato was also obvious.With the increase of the amount of fertilizer,the single fruit quality of greenhouse tomato also increased gradually,and the effect of the amount of fertilizer on the yield per plant of tomato was very obvious.Compared with CK,the per fruit quality and yield per plant increased significantly.
