Land salinization serious in China,especially the Yellow River delta land salinization particular,in addition to soil salinization caused by natural factors,the use of snow-melting agent in winter will aggravate the soil salt environment,which seriously affected the regional landscape effect and agricultural cultivation.Because plant root system can improve saline-alkali environment,the study on mechanism of salt stress resistance of plant root system is very important to improve this environmental problem.Tall Fescue and Bluegrass are two common cold-season turfgrass in the north,not only there are obvious differences in morphology,and salt tolerance is also significantly different,choose the high salt-tolerant Tall Fescue and salt-sensitive Bluegrass make experiment,in addition to the growth and development cycle of the two relatively short,the experimental material planting charge frequency quickly outside,The salt-tolerant mechanism of the two is also obvious,and it is easy to analyze the difference of salt-tolerant mechanism.Two kinds of cold-season turf grasses,Tall fescue and Bluegrass,were selected,the physiological indexes of root cell mitochondria in Tall fescue and Grassland were analyzed by means of the analysis of different indexes,such as independent sample t test.To study the different response mechanisms of two turfgrass species under salt stress,and to explore the application forms of the existing turf grasses in the areas with severe salt stress.Research shows:1.Changes of physiological indexes of two kinds of turf grass root cells under salt stress.After salt stress,the damage degree of mitochondrial membrane lipid peroxidation,respiration and mitochondrial membrane structure of the root system of sheep mahogany was lower than that of Bluegrass.There was no significant change in respiratory intensity,EMP and IMP pathways were significantly increased,and no significant change in TCA pathway after salt stress,indicating that there were other respiratory compensation mechanisms in the mitochondria of the mahogany line of Tall fescue under salt stress.After the stress of Bluegrass salt stress,the respiratory intensity decreased significantly,the changes of EMP and IMP pathways were not significant,and the TCA pathway was enhanced,indicating that the other respiratory pathways in precocious bluegrass were more restrained and the overall respiratory intensity decreased.From two kinds of turfgrass changes of physiological indexes before and after salt stress,salt stress of Bluegrass couchgrass root cell mitochondria membrane lipid peroxidation level,MDA content slightly higher than the Tall fescue,under the condition of no significant changes in mitochondrial membrane,Tall fescue mitochondrial membrane damage degree is lower than the Bluegrass,Bbluegrass has larger relation of breathing,ATP content and ATPase activity.2.The response mechanism of two kinds of turf grass under salt stress.In the selection of grass species,according to the size of the change rate of each index in this experiment,can choosing the content of MDA as the key measure index of salt tolerance,selecting and cultivating high salt-tolerant grasses for turf establishment,using Tall fescue in the area of severe salt stress to improve the overall turf resistance,the proportion is 8:2,and with the normal growth of joe shrubs and herbs,the formation of landscape,in the lawn maintenance and management should not only consider the two kinds of turf grass on pest and disease response,but also pay attention to the changes in the height of pruning to ensure the overall aesthetic effect of the lawn and lawn quality.
