Nature reserves are important carriers for protecting the ecological environment, natural resources, biodiversity and important cultural or historical sites. The establish-ment of nature reserves is an effective measure to achieve the above-mentioned pro-tection objectives. However, problems such as contradiction of ownership of forest land and poor plantation management with "rescue" short-term establishment of natu-ral reserves are unfavorable to the management and development of forest land in nature reserves. In this study, the research object is the Hainan Yinggeling National Nature Reserve,by analyzing the area, distribution and ownership of different wood-land types, the main problems of forestland management in Yinggeling Nature Re-serve are clarified. To calculate the value of seven ecological service functions such as water conservation of different forestland types in Yinggeling National Nature Re-serve and the ecological service value per unit area, and to explore the benefit distri-bution plan taking into consideration the interests of all parties and the optimal man-agement plan of plantation,With a view to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of the management level of the woodland of Hainan Yinggeling Nation-al Nature Reserve and the management of other nature reserves. The main results are as follows:(1)The main forest of Yinggeling National Nature Reserve is primary forest, secondary forest, rubber forest, timber forest, economic forest and shrub forest, with the areas of 18635.6,14305.3,2735.07,3033.2,69.07 and 1609.87ha respectively; In the management of Yinggeling National Nature Reserve, there are mainly three prob-lems:contradiction of ownership of forest, inconsistent of stakeholder management goals and poor plantation management.(2)The calculation of ecological service value indicates that the total ecosystem service value of Yinggeling National Nature Reserve reaches 8.126 billion yuan/a;in the composition of value category, the value of service value is in the order of water conservation>biodiversity conservation>air purification>Forest protection>Forest recreation>Carbon fixation and release oxygen>Soil conservation, the value of the total functional value of each forest type is primary forest>secondary forest>timber forest>rubber forest>shrub forest>economic forest. The service value per unit area followed by primary forest A)>secondary forest(147,600 yuan/a)>timber forest(90,200 yuan/a)>rubber forest(70,400 yuan/a)>economic forest(20,200 yuan/a)>shrub forest(15,000 yuan/a).(3)The result of Game analysis shows that the Yinggeling National Nature Re-serve considers the realization of environmental protection and the interests of all stakeholders together.Establishing a forest management strategy that is consistent with the interests of all parties is the optimal solution of the model, that is,Interests of interested parties can promote the effective management of protected areas of forest land.In addition, such measures as promoting the agroforestry model and implement-ing ecological migration in plantations can improve the management efficiency of plantation in Yinggeling National Nature Reserve.According to these results, this study suggests that the management of for-estlands in the Yinggeling National Nature Reserve needs to strengthen the effective management of plantation forests on the basis of the protection of natural forests. The interests of stakeholders need to be included in the specific management plan when formulating specific management measures.Implementing management plans that are in the interest of all parties can promote the effectiveness of forest management at the Yinggeling National Nature Reserve and achieve the long-term stability and harmoni-ous development of the nature reserve. This also provides a theoretical reference for forest management in other nature reserves.
