In this experiment, the Harbin white rabbit was used as experimental animal subject to investigate the substitution effect of Ganoderma lucidum bacillus with different proportions on grass powder.Eighty-five rabbits were selected for the experiment.Five of the rabbits were randomly selected as group E(as a blank control group for feeding pre-intestinal flora),and the remaining 80 white rabbits were divided into four groups, control group A(normal feeding).Rabbit material),group B(10% addition group),group C(20% addition group),and group D(30% addition group)were fed for 30 days, and relevant indicators were measured.Experiment I: The effects of different dosages of Ganoderma lucidum on the digestion and metabolism of Harbin white rabbits. The pre-test period was 6 days.During the feeding period of 10-15 days, the white rabbit feces samples were collected and the dry matter, crude protein content, neutral detergent fiber, acidic detergent fiber, and crude protein content in the rabbit manure were measured along with fat, calcium, phosphorus, crude ash.The statistical analysis of the whole body weight changes of Harbin white rabbits was conducted.SPSS was used to analyze the body weight of rabbits and their differences in conventional components. The results showed that in fecal energy analysis of rabbits, fecal energy in the 20% bacillary dysentery group was significantly higher(P<0.05)than in the blank control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in crude protein content among the groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in crude fat content between the groups(P>0.05).In the analysis of neutral fiber content, the content of neutral fiber in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.01)than that in the blank control group, and there was no significant difference between the groups of ganoderma lucidum addition(P>0.05).In acid detergent fiber content analysis, the fecal acid detergent fiber content in the 20% bacillary dysenteric group was significantly lower(P<0.05)than that of the blank control group. There was no significant difference in calcium content between the groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in phosphorus content among the groups(P>0.05).The weight gain of the 20% bacillary group was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of the blank control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Feed intake of the blank group was significantly higher than that of the(P<0.05)10% bacillary dysentery group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Experiment 2 was conducted to study the effects of different strains of bacillary indwelling on the main intestinal flora of Harbin-White rabbits.Firstly, the jejunum and cecum intestinal wall contents of the white rabbit were aseptically scraped from the group E,and the bacterial genomic DNA of the contents was extracted. In the other four groups,5 rabbits were randomly selected to scrape the contents of the jejunum and cecum wall of experimental rabbits for 30 days and the contents of bacterial genomic DNA were extracted.Based on the 16 S rDNA V3 variable region gene sequence, specific primers were designed to perform real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR reactions to quantitate different bacteria. The concentration of Bacteroides in jejunum was significantly lower in group B(P<0.05)than in group E,and significantly lower in group D(P<0.05)than that in group E.Both groups were higher than the control group. Therefore, bacillary dysentery was added to the jejunum to inhibit Bacteroides.Clostridium in the jejunum between the groups there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the Bacteroideae in the cecum(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between Clostridium cecum in each group(P>0.05).Studies have shown that: 20% of Ganoderma bacillae replaces the diet with moderate proportion of green grass feed. The fecal energy value of rabbit feces is higher.Adding Ganoderma bacillus feed can help Harbin white rabbits to absorb neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber, and use 20% of Ganoderma lucidum.Replacement of dietary moderate proportion of grass powder is more conducive to the growth of white rabbits,Adding bacillary dysentery into jejunum can promote Bacteroides increase.
