Drip irrigation is an advanced irrigation technology.It's prevalent and pervasive to irrigate by drip irrigation system,Which also froms a trend in China.Drip irrigation applying nematicide against the root-knot nametode is a technology deserves more in-depth researches that are conducted by many scholars both at home and abroad in recrnt years,who have achieved some positive results.The toxicity of Fluopyram,Abamectin,Fosthiazate and Carbosulfan on Meloidogyne incognita was determined by pore plate method.Results of the trial indicated that Abamectin had highest toxicity on M.incognita in these 4 nematicides.The LC50 of Abamectin is 0.009785mg/L(24h)and 0.00848 1mg/L(48h).The results of pot experiment show that Using 0.06ml 41.7%Fluopyram SC per plant worked best.After 30d,60d,The revision nematodes reduced rate was 87.45%and 86.42%?After 90d,the treatment of 0.03ml/plant and 0.06ml/plant 41.7%Fluopyram SC worked best,The revision nematodes reduced rate was 57.58%and 69.70%.Relative controlled effect was 52.19%and 50.05%.In the field experiment,a portable drip irrigation device was proposed to solve the problem of inconveniences in field experiments.The device's power supply was the device using sealed lead-acid battery and the device easy to carry,easy to install.In this field experiment,after using nematicides by drip irrigation 30d,75%fosthiazate EC show the best effectiveness in three nematicides.The revision nematodes reduced rate was 81.22%.After using nematicides by drip irrigation 60d,1.8%Abamectin EC worked well,the revision nematodes reduced rate was 70.56%.After using nematicides by drip irrigation 90d,41.7%Fluopyram SC still had good control efficiency,the revision nematodes reduced rate was 66.53%.In the field experiment,degradation dynamics of Fluopyram,Abamectin,Fosthiazate was monitored.The results show that the half-life of Fluopyram was 12.8d.The half-life of Fosthiazate was 36.5d.And the half-life of Abamectin was 14.44d.The final residues in banana were detected.The results show that Fluopyram SC and Fosthiazate residues in bananas were less than Chinese regulations.After using 41.7%Fluopyram SC by drip irrigation,it's translocation and distribution were monitored.The results show that using nematicide by drip irrigation Drip irrigation can keep high concentrations of nematicide in the deeper soil.
