In recent years,the process of urbanization in China has been developed rapidly,and the urban pattern has also undergone profound changes.The excessive dependence of urban development on natural resources has led to more and more serious urban problems.The overall function of urban ecological environment has declined.It impedes the sustainable development of the city.As an important carrier of forest ecosystem,urban woodland has great significance in urban ecological construction.The woodland with perfect structure and high connectivity can weaken the fragmentation of urban woodland patches,protect biodiversity and maintain the stability of regional ecosystem,and enhance the whole function and value of urban ecosystem.Based on ArcGIS,Guidos Toolbox and Conefor,this paper mainly uses the morphological spatial pattern analysis method and the landscape connectivity analysis method to analyze and evaluate the woodland connectivity in Qinhuangdao.The main conclusions are:1.The woodland of Qinhuangdao is mainly composed of forest land and shrub land,accounting for 81.32% of the total number of woodland and 91.18% of the total woodland area,in which the forest land plays an important role in the analysis of the importance of the patch.It plays an important role in maintaining the connectivity of woodland patches in Qinhuangdao.2.The total number of woodland patches in Qinhuangdao is 885,which consists of a small number of large patches and a large number of small patches.3.7500 meters is the maximum distance threshold for the analysis of the connectivity of Qinhuangdao woodland,and the appropriate distance threshold can be chosen as 1000 meters.4.The values of integral index of connectivity(IIC)and probability of connectivity(PC)of woodland patches in Qinhuangdao were both low,with the average values being only 0.0124 and 0.0252.The overall connectivity of woodland patches is poor.5.There is not a strict positive relationship between the importance value of woodland patch dPC and patch area.Smaller patches are not necessarily less important than larger patches,and vice versa.6.The distribution of patches in Qinhuangdao City is very uneven.Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County and Funing county have very high and high importance patches,and the connectivity is better.There are high importance patches on the north of Shanhaiguan district,and medium importance patches on the north of Lulong county.However,there are low importance patches with scattered distribution in the urban areas such as the Haigang and Beidaihe district,and the connectivity is poor.
