Through testing the polysaccharide content and content of extract in alcohol solution of Dendrobium officinale, which come from three different production area, combined with local climate factors and different processing methods,we can find out the differences in quality of D.officinale collected at different locations and at different harvest times. The experiment lasted 12 months, according to the demand of every week to collect samples. To get the following conclusions after data analysis:1.The annual trend of the content of polysaccharide and the content of alcohol extract of D.officinale were all accorded with regular rules:The content first increased, then decreased, and then increased again. When the flower bud germination, the polysaccharide content decreased;when the bud germination, the extract content decreased.2.The difference in latitude and altitude are the main reasons for the different temperature, humidity and other factors in three areas, which directly leads to the different contents of polysaccharide and alcohol soluble extract of D.officinale.3.The annual accumulated temperature was negatively correlated with polysaccharides, and negatively correlated with the extract of D.officinale.The monthly average intensity was positively correlated with the content of polysaccharide, and negatively correlated with the content of alcohol solution. The humidity of greenhouse was negatively correlated with the content of polysaccharide, and positively correlated with the content of extractives in alcohol solution.4.Natural drying and oven drying at 60? the retention rate of polysaccharide higher. The drying rate of the polysaccharides in D.officinale at 120? is acceptable.
