Calophyllum inophyllum is widely used in the cultivation of street trees and garden trees.In recent years,Seedlings and flower demand increased significantly.However,light and fertilizer are the most direct environmental indicators affecting growth of seedlings.Therefore,different experiments are conducted to explore different Growth and Physiology of Calophyllum inophylluml Seedlings under Light and Fertilizer Conditions.In this paper,we use 1 year old Calophyllum inophyllum seedlings as material,to study the effects of light intensity and fertilizer conditions on growth indexes,photosynthetic indexes and physiological indexes,and to summarize the best light environment and reasonable fertilization ratio for Calophyllum inophyllum science.Cultivation provides a favorable scientific basis.The main findings are as follows:(1)The analysis of Calophyllum inophyllum seedlings was carried out through four shading intensity treatments of CK,T1,T2,and T3(100%natural sunlight、47.2%natural sunlight、13.7%natural sunlight、6.8%natural sunlight).It was concluded that shading increased the biomass accumulation and distribution of seedlings,and increased the seedling height,diameter,and height-to-diameter ratio under T2 conditions.The shading of T1 and T2 promoted the accumulation of biomass,while the shading of T3 produced an inhibitory effect.The biomass distribution under shading was tilted towards the ground,the ratio of root biomass was reduced,and the biomass ratio of stems and leaves and the ratio of above ground and belowground increased.Under shading T3 condition,the average net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Calophyllum inophyllum seedlings decreased day by day.With decrease of light intensity,the seedlings of Calophyllum inophyllum plants became thinner,the number of palisade tissue layers decreased,and the ratio of slat to sea increased;the daily change of net photosynthetic rate was single-peak type,and moderate shade could improve seedling quality.Experiments showed that The induces of morphological and photosynthetic physiological adaptation mechanism of Calophyllum inophyllum seedlings.(2)The effect of fertilization on the seedlings of Calophyllum inophyllum was significant,and there were significant differences among the indexes.The seedling height,ground diameter,root length,and biomass of fertilizer ratio 5(N:1g/kg,K:1.5g/kg,P:0.5g/kg)were the largest.The highest seedling height in the fertilization 5,which was 16.36%higher than that in the CK.The effects of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K)fertilization on the seedling height of the Calophyllum inophyllum seedlings were N>K>P.The effect on the ground diameter was N>K>P,and the effect on seedling root length was K>N>P.The order of P concentration from high to low was as follows:leaf>root>stem.The K concentration from high to low was:leaf>root>stem.Among them,the contents of N,P,and K in all organs of Treatment 5 were the highest.The results showed that the optimum light intensity of Calophyllum inophyllum seedlings was T1,and the optimal fertilization ratio of Calophyllum inophyllum seedlings was treated 5.
