Zearalenone(Zearalenone,ZEA),is produced by Fusarium mycotoxins,geographical distribution and crop species distribution are very extensive,in maize,barley,wheat,rice and other important crops has a high detection rate.ZEA toxin has strong reproductive toxicity and teratogenic effects.ZEA infection of livestock and poultry may lead to ovarian vaginal and cervical mucosa edema,hypoplasia,or female hormone hyperthyroidism;pregnancy eating animal ZEA infected feed can cause miscarriage,stillbirth and fetus;if the food containing ZEA of wheat flour production will lead to severe symptoms of poisoning the disorder of the central nervous system.Study on the toxicity of ZEA focused on mouse models of rats and rodent laboratory animal cell toxicity and carcinogenicity,research on immune toxicity of poultry is less,the effect of anti research on Se Jie is also more concentrated in heavy metal toxins.About ZEA pollution producing areas of corn in Heilongjiang Province,the ZEA of chicken splenic lymphocytes(LYM)and the toxicity of selenium antagonistic effect is not clear.The test of the 9 counties of Heilongjiang province(city)in 21 samples of ZEA content of 27 corn samples and 7 feed plants were detected to clear the pollution situation of raw materials and feed corn in Heilongjiang Province in ZEA;based on the establishment of in vitro chicken spleen lymphocytes and selenium antagonism on the model of cell factor reactive oxygen species(ROS),network access related index content,cell apoptosis and endoplasmic reticulum were detected to elucidate the ZEA in chicken spleen lymphocyte toxicity and selenium antagonistic effect,to provide a basis for effective prevention and treatment of chicken ZEA poisoning.The results show that:(1)In 9 counties of Heilongjiang province(city)of corn,and 7 feed mill feed samples the detection rate of ZEA and exceed the standard rate is very high,the detection rate of 92.59%corn samples,the highest content of up to 3394.94 g/kg,is 6 times more than the limited value of the feed sample;the detection rate was 100%,the highest content is 1941.34 g/kg,nearly 4 times the limit value.(2)The content of ROS in ZEA group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);SOD,GSH-Px,GSH,CAT,Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase activity was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the MDA content increased sharply.Show that ZEA can cause oxidative stress in chicken splenic lymphocytes,leading to imbalance of antioxidant system,the accumulation of ROS,oxidative damage.Between group +ZEA ROS,selenium content of MDA and SOD,GSH-Px,GSH,CAT,Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase activity were between the control group and ZEA group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(3)ZEA toxin can stimulate the immune response of chicken spleen lymphocytes,increase the content of TNF-alpha,significantly enhance the expression of mRNA,decrease the content of IL-2 and IFN-gamma,significantly weaken the expression of mRNA,and decrease the immunity of organism.(4)ZEA toxin can induce mRNA expression of GRP(78),GRP 94,Caspase-3,Caspase-12,ATF4,ATF6 and IRE,and down regulate the Bcl-2 expression of apoptosis,thereby promoting cell apoptosis.The results show that:9 counties(city)and the 7 survey of feed mill corn and feed raw materials of ZEA pollution;chicken spleen lymphocytes in response to oxidative stress and apoptosis induced by ZEA with selenium on the antagonistic effect of strong.
