Buckwheat is an ancient dicotyledonous crop belonging to the family Polygonaceae,genus Fagopyrum,Buckwheat is native to China.The cultivated species Common Buckwheat and Tartary Buckwheat are widely spread in the whole planet,while the southwest of China has rich resources of wild buckwheat.Buckwheat has good nutritional qualities containing not only protein,fiber,carbohydrate,but also rutin and other antioxidant substances.Buckwheat has high resistance for diseases,pest and barren,high adaptability and short growth period,some types of buckwheat are especially rich in leaves and could easily recover after clipping.Buckwheat is a kind of emerging forge with great potential,but its feeding value and developing prospect haven't being given enough considerations.The western countries have already studied the feeding value of common buckwheat a lot,as for China,there are several common buckwheat varieties have been examined and approved by national committees,but all of them were used for human consumption,the feeding values were ignored,so the observation and evaluation of qualified common buckwheat varieties for feeding are essential.In our research,we observed and evaluated an excellent new variety of common buckwheat with high feeding value,we named it Zhongqiao No.1,The morphological observation and a variety comparison have been done to evaluated it.The results were remarkable,compared with the control Ningqiao No.1,Xinong 9976 and Pingqiao No.7,the Zhongqiao No.1 had long growth period,more leaves,moderate height,high fresh plant yield and high palatability,all these advantages made it a wonderful forage for livestock and poultry.Additionally,ITS and matK molecular markers were used to analyses 13 collected common buckwheat varieties,the results indicated that the 13 varieties had close relationship and relatively far away with other wild buckwheat speciesJAs transcript factors regulate a various of plant defense against environment stress,and buckwheat has a great advantage in stress tolerance including barren,drought,disease and pests,but the background mechanism remain unknown.In our research,qRT-PCR,subcellular localization,Western-blot,overexpress in Arabidopsis were used to investigated the function of FtJAZ1 protein.We found that it was located in the nucleus of cell,the FtJAZ1 was accumulated 40 times after JA induce,and FtJAZ1 protein contents were decreased,overexpress it in Arabidopsis,we found similar phenotype as AtJAZl overexpressing plants compared with the WT plants under NaCl treatment.So,the FtJAZl was induced by JA and FtJAZl is the receptor of JA in buckwheat.The FtJAZ1 played an important role in JAs metabolism...
