Abstract/Summary:
A Province is a province which produces a lot of chicken,and the residents are always in need of chicken.The breeders often add some drugs into chicken feed during breeding process for disease control and cure of disease.Thus,irrational drug use and drug abuse generally happen,which causes the drug residues in the chicken,endangering chicken quality.Based on chicken production and consumption,the thesis makes risk monitoring,analysis and assessment on the residue of veterinary drug among chicken samples by random sampling from different varieties,rearing modes,brands,certified chicken,nominal chicken and regions,including the Middle,East,West,South,North of A Province,so as to help to improve the chicken products quality of the province.According to No.235 Announcements of Ministry of Agriculture,PRC,we can get some standards.Appendix 1: the drugs that can be used in food of animal origin,but not needing the limited drug residue;Appendix 2: the maximum residue limits in viable food of animal origin;Appendix 3: the drugs that are permitted for treatment but not detected in food of animal origin;Appendix 4: the prohibited drugs should not be detected in food of animal origin.The qualified rate of chicken in A Province is 95.5%,overall safety,and the chicken can basically meet the needs of consumers.The chicken of A Province possibly have drug residue,mainly including 13 kinds of 8 categories: sulfonamides(sulfaquinoxaline,sulfachlorpyrazine),tetracyclines(oxytetracycline,chlortetracycline),amphenicols(chloramphenicol),macrolides(azithromycin),fluoroquinolones(enrofloxacin,ofloxacin),nitro imidazole(metronidazole),stabilization agent(droperidol,haloperidol),antiviral(amantadine,rimantadine).According to the monitoring data,the white feather broiler among different kinds of chicken,which is usually used to make fast food,is more below standard,causing risks from food safety.Among different feeding patterns,the unqualified rate of chicken produced by professional farmers who are mostly rural poor households is relatively high,causing risks from hindering poverty alleviation.Among the six common brands of chicken,the unqualified chicken of D brand are much more.And the proportion of the chicken export produced by the D brand is larger,thus there is a risk affecting chicken export trade.In the certified chicken,no drug residues were detected and there was no safety risk.In the nominal chicken,the unqualified rate of the black chicken is relatively high,and the black chicken are often used to make health care products,so they possibly affects the health of the specific people.
