Objective:osteoporosis is a complex,from nutrition,environment,lifestyle,genetic,immune,caused by a variety of factors such as hormone regulation to osteopenia,degeneration of bone microstructure,brittle fracture and easy to increase as the features of a kind of non specificity of bone metabolism obstacle disease of animal of great in order to prevent the harm of osteoporosis,in 10 week old rats were ovariectomized to establish osteoporosis animal model,were injected with 17 beta estradiol,intragastric administration of sheep bone collagen peptide,peptide calcium chelate compound calcium amino acid,peptide xylose Maillard reaction products such as subject matter,immune organ the index of the rats,spleen lymphocyte transformation index,serum IgG and hemolysin,phagocytic capacity index and pathological observation of spleen and thymus,and the above indexes with osteoporosis of rats in model group and sham operation Groups of rats were compared.The effects of osteoporosis on rat immunity,and to investigate the enhancing effect on rat immunity of the various substances in improving bone and compared the effects,so as to reveal the effects of various drugs on the immune functions of ovariectomized rats.Methods:the experiment was conducted on female rats with bilateral ovarian surgery to establish animal models of osteoporosis.The experimental group,five drug intake in rats by intragastric administration.The control group only with the same amount of fat.Parts of the experimental group and the control group fed separately,drinking water and feed every day is exactly the same.Observing the spirit state in rats,after eight weeks,were killed after the removal of the spleen,thymus were measured and the pathological production of immune organ index;Determination of serum IgG and serum hemolysin content of blood was prepared;spleen cell suspension for removal of the spleen lymphocyte transformation index;peritoneal fluid preparation of phagocytic cell suspension of phagocytosis the ability of determination.Results:the paraffin section results:due to ovarian damage to the spleen,the spleen white pulp reduced hyperplasia,treatment group can make the injury recovery,peptide chelate group has the best effect;and due to the effects of estrogen on thymus atrophy of thymus cells decreased,while after ovariectomy can alleviate this trend,medication different groups can also change this phenomenon,especially the drug group and high dose groups.Results:the index of immune organs after ovariectomy can lead to immune organ index increased significantly,while the five drug groups can change this trend,especially in the high dose group.Results:the spleen lymphocyte transformation index after ovariectomy because estrogen resulted in the reduction of T,B lymphocyte abnormal value,and five kinds of drugs which can reverse the abnormal peptide chelate in high dose group is best,the other groups also have this effect.The serum hemolysin content Results after ovariectomy,hemolysin content decreased with different degree of five kinds of drugs will increase the hemolysin content,especially the effect of peptide chelate group.Results:the content of serum IgG after ovariectomy decreased IgG content,five kinds of drugs in different degree increased the content of IgG,especially the peptide chelate group phagocytosis effect is the best.Results:after ovariectomy decreased the phagocytosis of macrophage,and five kinds of drugs can be improved phagocytic ability,especially the effect of compound amino acid calcium group.Conclusion;ovariectomized,the spleen,thymus pathological damage,and due to the decrease in estrogen,can lead to T,B lymphocyte proliferation,reduce serum hemolysin and IgG content,decreased the phagocytosis of macrophage,that of ovariectomized osteoporosis process was accompanied by decreased immune function,and the drug can adjust this damage to the body back to normal,and can enhance the immune ability of the normal group.The results suggest that:enhance immunity can be used as a strategy for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,sheep bone collagen peptide chelating calcium,collagen peptide,estrogen,and calcium amino acid chelate in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,can also be enhanced in ovariectomized rats the immune ability,and the collagen polypeptide calcium chelation effect is the best.This conclusion for osteoporosis prevention,diagnosis,treatment and drug development has important guiding meaning Righteousness. |
