Before silage, the purslane should be dried, for it has a plenty of moisture. In this experiment, the purslane was raw material.First, the collected purslane was subjected to different drying treatments. The purslane silage was used to determine the nutrient routines and antioxidant components,Second, the purslane silage was fed to the dairy goats.Last, milk lactation performance, milk quality, rumen fermentation were analyzed and combined with the comprehensive analysis of economic benefits to draw the conclusions as follows.Experiment 1 Different drying methods(airing, drying, dry in the shade and freeze-dried)were used to the purslane's different parts(roots, stems, leaves and seeds)to determine the conventional nutrients and antioxidants. The results showed that the contents of antioxidant components were higher than those of other parts, and the contents of three antioxidants was 'seed>leaves>stem>root'.The purslane was silaged after airing, the DM content of portulaca oleracea was 21.41%,CP was above 21%DM,EE was more than 5.0%DM,reached higher nutrition level, and the purslane silage quality is good.Experiment 2 The effects of different levels of purslane on the lactation performance and rumen fermentation of dairy goats were compared. The results showed that The lowest daily feed dry matter intake was in group CK(2.411 kg/d),group A(2.414 kg/d),group B(2.511kg/d)and group C(2.597 kg/d)was significantly higher than that in group CK,and the average daily feed intake was 2.513 kg per day.The lactation of the three groups of dairy goats increased compared with the group CK in the experimental period and the lactation took on an increase trend with the ascending of the dosage. The average lactation was the highest in the group C(2.002 Kg/d),which was 0.121 kg higher than group CK(1.881 kg/d).The pH of four groups of goat milk was a little alkaline(7.16-7.24),group CK was the highest. The milk pH of dairy goats showed a tendency to decrease with the increase of adding dosage. The content of crude fat in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The content of milk protein in group C was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The content of protein of each group was 4.23%of dry matter. There was no significant difference in the content of lactose in four groups of dairy goat milk, but it showed that with the increase of the dosage of silage(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A,B and CK(P>0.05).The total fatty acid of group C was significantly higher than group CK(P<0.05).The content of total flavonoids increased with the level of silage dosage and group C was highest with the content of 3.14 mg/g and the content of total polyphenols and P-carotene showed the same result with total flavonoids. The dosage of four groups of purslane silage were maintained at a low level.Saturated fatty acids and long chain fatty acids were increased with increased dosage of purslane silage. There was no significant difference in the rumen pH of group CK dairy goat and the rumen pH of group A dairy goat(P>0.05)was significantly higher than(P<0.05)that in group B and C,but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The highest content of NH3-N in rumen of dairy goat was group C,the content of NH3-N was group C>group B>group A>group CK.The content of acetic acid of group C in rumen of dairy goat was the highest. The content of acetic acid in group C and group B was significantly higher than that in group CK and group A.There was no significant difference between group CK and group B,and in group A and group C(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between group CK and group B(P<0.05).The content of propionic acid in group C was 16.01 mmol/Land in group CK was 15.52 mmol/L,which was significantly lower than that in group C and group CK(P>0.05).There was the highest content of butyric acid in group C,which was significantly higher than that in group CK and lowest in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group CK(P>0.05).The contents of glutamic acid and isovaleric acid in the rumen were 0.42-0.46 mmol/L and 0.56-0.61 mmol/L.The content of omega-3 fatty acid in rumen group A was significantly lower than that in group CK(P<0.05),group B and group C were significantly higher than that in group CK.It shows a gradual increase with the increasing amount of purslane silage. Each group of dairy goat manure formation is better without diarrhea phenomenon. The total cholesterol content in the blood of dairy goat was the highest in group CK and the group CK was significantly higher(P<0.05).The total cholesterol content showed a tendency to decrease with the increasing amount of purslane silage. And the content of total protein in group A was significantly higher than that in group CK(P<0.05)and the content of group CK in blood was significantly higher than that in group CK(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the group C and the group CK(P>0.05),the average was 0.343 mmol/L,the highest was group CK,the lowest was the group C.The content of omega-3 fatty acid in rumen group A was significantly lower than that in group CK(P<0.05).Group B and C were significantly higher than that in group CK(P<0.05).The content of ?-3 fatty acids in the rumen showed a tendency to increase gradually with the increasing amount of purslane. Each group of dairy goat manure formation was fine without diarrhea phenomenon. The total cholesterol content in the blood of dairy goat was the highest in the group CK and group CK was significantly higher(P<0.05)than group A,B and C.The total cholesterol content showed a tendency to decrease with the increasing amount of purslane silage. The content of total protein in group A in blood was significantly higher than that in group CK(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).For triglycerides, there was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05),the average amount was 0.343 mmol/L,the highest was group CK,the lowest was group C.Experiment 3 The main cost of this experiment on the sheep including feed costs, labor, transportation, utilities, and for dairy goat disinfection of health care costs. The main benefits were the sale of goat milk income, fertilizer output and male lamb production, then established a PROC-MIXED model for economic analysis. The results showed the dosage of group A(10 gDM/d)was superior to other groups. The results of this study showed that the conventional nutrient content antioxidant content of purslane was abundant, and the antioxidant components were concentrated in the seeds and leaves.Purslane silage could feed dairy goats as an addictive. It is benefit to rumen fermentation of dairy goat, and increase the content of antioxidant components.SO,the optimal dosage of the purslane silage is 1 Og DM/d.
