| Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval caused great losses to our country agricultural production because of its individual small,faster reproduction,bigger population density,serious harmful.Currently,chemical pesticides play a certain control effect in preventing and treating pest mites.However,many problems caused by chemical pesticides is also growing,especially the impact on the environment and ecological safety.To screen the efficient bioactive compounds of botanical acaricidal,acaricidal activities of five plants ethanol extracts against T.Boisduval were evaluated using slide-dip method to screen a highly active extracts;Further,Acalypha australis L.of chloroform extracts was measured using toxicity testing by spraying method.The contact toxicity and fumigation activities of A.argyi essential oil against the 5-day-old female adults and eggs were investigated using slide-dip and fumigation methods.The movement behaviors of T cinnabarinus treated using concentrations of essential oil at sublethal dosages(LD10,LD20,and LD30)by using EthoVision XT6 video-tracking software.Further,We investigated the repellency activity,the protein content and activities of three protective enzymes(SOD,POD,and CAT)and protease in female adults were compared using concentrations of essential oil at sublethal dosages(LD10,LD20,and LD30)and median lethal dosage(LD50)after 4,8,12,16,20 and 24 hours.The main results were as follows:1.A.australis ethanol extracts were virulent against T.cinnabarinus 24 h and 48 h after the treatment than the others at the concentration at 2 mg/mL.The corrected mortality was 33.63%and 85.21%at 24h and 48h,respectively.The chloroform extracts of A.australis showed high acaricidal activity than others,with the corrected mortality of 90.28%at 48 h treatment.2.The LC50 of the chloroform extracts of A.australis decreases and relative toxicity increased with increasing contacting time that the lowest is 2.81 mg/mL and maximum is 1.79 after 48h treatment.3.Contact toxicity was time-and dose-dependent on A.argyi essential oil against T.Cinnabarinu.Moreover,the fumigation effect of A.argyi essential oil was stronger on eggs than on female adults,and the ID50/LD50 values were 0.21,8.93 μL/L,respectively.4.A.argyi essential oil can significantly affect T.Cinnabarinu movement ability,which reduce the movement distance and the frequency of mobile.Moreover,with the increasing of treatment dose,the repellency activity gradually increased.With the extension of treatment time,the repellency activity increase the first and after reduction.5.SOD and POD were activated,and CAT and Protease activities were inhibited after treatment with different doses(LD10,LD20,and LD30).The LD10,LD20,and LD30 of A.argyi essential oil at 8 hours showed SOD activities were 1.43,2.29,and 2.60 times higher than the control group,respectively;POD activation rates were 54.64%,31.96%and 5.15%,respectively;CAT inhibition rates were 27.03%,20.46%and 31.65%,respectively;Protease inhibition rates were 21.53%,29.16%and 45.09%,respectively. |
