Bacillus and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa are used strategy probiotics in aquaculture production.Not only can provide nutrients,improve the survival rate and the intestinal flora environment,but also significantly enhance the aquatic animal disease resistance.Bacillus can quickly use the organic matter in water,reduce ammonia,nitrogen and other harmful ingredients,play the role of water purification.In this paper,the compound microecological preparations are prepared by using laboratory-preserved Bacillus and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa,test the quality of it,find out the optimum conditions for the use of this composite microecological preparation,develop the production standard and the use procedure of the microecological preparation product.In this paper,use Bacillus and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa preserved by the laboratory to preparat composite microecological preparations.Mixing in a 1:1,1:2,2:1 ratio to preparat composite microecological preparations,then artificial water purification experiment.The experimental results show that the 1:2 ratio of the composite micro-ecological preparation of the best water purification of artificial sewage,therefore,the composite micro-ecological water purifier is composed of 1:2 ratio of mixture of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa and Bacillus bacteria.Experiment on product quality of compound micro ecological water purifier,don't detected infectious microbe and other harmful bacteria and heavy metal ions in the national biological feed additives within the allowable range,indicate that the composite micro-ecological agents reached the national standard,can be using in aquaculture.Study the conditions of use the compound microecological preparation,ultured with gradient pH(7.0?7.5?8.0?8.5),gradient salinity of seawater(25‰?30‰?35‰),determine the water quality of aquaculture water after a change of water cycle.Experiments show that when the salinity of aquaculture water is 30‰,the control effect of ammonia nitrogen,sulfide and chemical oxygen demand in water is the best.When pH=7.5,the effect of ammonia nitrogen is the best,and at pH=8.0,the concentration of sulfide and chemical oxygen demand COD is better controlled.After the combination of micro-ecological water purification agent(Rhodotorula:Bacillus=1:2),the structure of bacteria in the gut and the sea cucumber changed,and the abundance of beneficial bacteria increased,indicate that the micro-ecological preparations can maintain the micro-ecological balance of water and sea cucumber intestinal.In summary,this compound micro-ecological water purifier products(Rhodotorula:Bacillus=1:2)quality to meet national standards,can be used in seafood farming.Its best using of the pH is between 7.5 to 8.0,the best using of salinity is 30 ‰ to 35 ‰,after using,the flora of water and intestinal have been changed to maintain the water and intestinal micro-ecological balance.
