| In order to explore the suitable supporting cultivation techniques of Yuyan 6 in Zhumadian,the planting density,nitrogen application rate and the effect of leaf number on the yield and quality of Yuyan 6 were studied.In this study,randomized block test,three factors three levels,L9(34)orthogonal design.The leaf area coefficient,physical properties,economic traits,appearance quality,intrinsic chemical composition and sensory quality of each treatment were analyzed and analyzed.The results were as follows:The effects of planting density,nitrogen application rate and leaf number on the Growthand development,the production and qualityof flue-cured tobacco variety Yuyan 6 showed that density was the key factor affecting the maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width,stem circumference and step,and the leaf number was the Key factorsaffecting plant height and leaf area coefficient,followed by density.The effect of density on yield per mu,average price,output value per mu,upper tobacco ratio and medium proportion of tobacco was the greatest,and the effect of leaf weight on leaf weight was the great.Among that,the density of 18000 plants per hm2,the amount of nitrogen about45.0kg per hm2,the leaf number of 20 pieces per plant combination which have the highest output value and the best economic benefit.Density is the primary factor affecting leaf structure,identity,oilcontent,chroma,foliage and luster of Zhumadian flue-cured tobacco variety Yuyan 6;nitrogen application is the primary factor in color and identity;leaf number is the primary factor of maturity and total score.The density is the main factor affecting leaf thickness and stalk.Density was the main factor affecting the filling value of the upper and middle leaves of tobacco leaves,while the effect of nitrogen application on the lower leaves was the greatest.Planting density is the main factor affecting the quality chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco,followed by the amount of nitrogen applied,and finally the number of leaves retained.The sensory quality aroma texture and aroma fullness is better,more delicate,eat taste alcohol,the appearance of the highest total score,the best performance on the combination of density of 18000 plants per hm2,nitrogen 45.0kg perhm2,leaves the number of 20 per plant.Summarizing the results on the several aspects of growing in the field,agronomic traits of tobacco plantsbotanical traits,major economic traits and quality traits show that the optimal combination is density of flue-cured tobacco variety Yuyan 6is 18000 plants per hm2,the amount of nitrogen applied is 45.0kg perhm2 and leaves the number of leaves is 20 per plant,which is the best.Compared with the native cultivar Yunyan 87,flue-cured tobacco variety Yuyan 6 should be properly densified and reduced nitrogen,and the better quality can be obtained. |
