| Nitrogen fertilizer and density are two important factors affecting rice yield,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer application will directly affect rice yield and nitrogen uptake and utilization;planting density mainly affected its tiller dynamics,effective panicle number and other indicators,and ultimately affect the rice yield.The study of the relationship between nitrogen fertilizer and density on yield has been a hot topic of concern at home and abroad,and it has an important effect on rice yield and environmental protection by exploring the interrelationship between them.The optimal seedling age of transplanting was determined by seedling age test,the effects of seedling and nitrogen on the growth and yield of early rice"poyou 364"were studied systematically.The results were as follows:1.Effect of seedling per hole:According to the experiment of seedling age,the effective panicle decreased with the increase of seedling age,and the dry matter accumulation,leaf area index,spike rate and yield were the highest at the seedling age was25 days.On the basis of the seedling age test,the number of seedlings per hole was increased by the optimum seedling age(25 days),the results of this test show,In the 2-3root per hole planted within the range of seedlings,with the increase of seedling number,the dry matter accumulation,leaf area index and nitrogen accumulation increased with the increase of seedling number;spike rate and SPAD value decreased with the increase of seedling number;the effective panicle number and yield increase with the increase of the number of seedlings per hole;grains per panicle,seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight decreased with the increase of seedling number per hole.2.Nitrogen effects:In the range of 0-210 kg/hm~2,The leaf area index,dry matter accumulation and total dry matter accumulation of"Poyou 364"increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate;the number of effective panicles,SPAD,total nitrogen accumulation and 100 kg of nitrogen requirement increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate;the seed setting rate and spike rate decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate;with the increase of nitrogen application rate,the number of grains per spike and the yield increased first and then decreased.3.The effect of Seedling and nitrogen reduction:On the basis of increasing the optimum seedling age(25 days),the relationship between nitrogen density was analyzed,the results showed that the interaction of nitrogen and nitrogen had a significant effect on the total nitrogen accumulation,which had a significant effect on grain number per panicle and yield.There was a significant positive correlation between the effective panicle number and the number of grains per panicle and yield.There was a negative correlation between seed setting rate and grain weight and yield.When the amount of nitrogen applied was 180 kg/hm~2,the number of seedlings per hole was 4 seedlings,the yield was the highest;when the amount of nitrogen applied increased to 210kg/hm~2,the effect of increasing spike was not significant,but decreased the number of grains per panicle and seed setting rate;when the amount of nitrogen applied was reduced to 150 kg/hm~2,the number of seedlings per hole was increased to four seedlings,and the higher effective panicles and grains per spike could be obtained,which could coordinate the relationship between the grains and grains,Enough nitrogen demand,to ensure a higher"Poyou 364"production. |
