Nowadays,it is a time short of energy,light simplification mechanical equipment has become a major direction of design.China is a country with many hills and lights,simple combine harvester has a wide range of market prospects.The subject on the basis of 4LZ-1.0 combine,Improved the overall arrangement of the overall plan,we have a Light Simple reduction design of the separation system.On the basis of this,A machine assembly and the prototype manufacture had been completed,In December 2015,field had been test.Based on the results of field experiment,two aspects of modal analysis and optimization of transmission system are further studied.The main contents of this paper include:(1)This research is based on the deep research on the 4LZ-1.0 of the existing harvester in the southern hilly region.The layout of the functional parts of the whole machine is optimized,the design scheme of the compact type cutting table.we have give three system,included:Axial flow threshing roller horizontal cylinder sieving flow,taking off sorting system,axial flow threshing drum-axis flow cylinder sieving off sorting system and,upper and lower shaft arrangement flow threshing and separating system.The mechanism characteristics and possible problems in the work process are analyzed,and the overall design of the whole machine is presented,including the selection of transmission mode,power estimation and the selection of the engine.(2)Equiped with the axial flow threshing roller-axial flow cylinder screen,the light simple harvester was designed,mainly focusing on:header system,threshing system and cleaning system.For cutting system,the cutting system consists of:cutter,auger;in the design of the threshing drum,analysis of the structure and working principle of the threshing cylinder,and selection of threshing cylinder,a guide plate design,a concave plate sieve design was analyzed.In the cleaning system:analysis of the selection of cleaning sieve,sieve cylinder screening principle and structure design of cylindrical screen.(3)Field experiments for improving the light and simple type combine harvester have been carried out.and we have a further understanding of the performance of the work,analysis of the impurity rate and the size of the loss rate.(4)The subject use the workbench analysis software,we have a modal analysis with the key component of harvesters We seek before ten order of the inherent vibration frequency,clear the dangerous speed range and a threshing cylinder deformation is serious,verify the reasonable dynamic characteristics,and the harvester threshing cylinder based on ANSYS structure optimization and compare the two,indicating that improved institutions are more reliable and stable.And we have a optimization design for the transmission structure of the more complex cylinder cleaning device,we put forward three kinds of transmission improvement program:bevel gear box drive,worm gear and worm drive,single motor drive.
