In recent years,with the increasing importance of Agricultural Mechanization in China,the market demand of all kinds of grain processing machinery is increasing year by year.Seed cleaning machine is using seeds and impurities in different shape,weight,surface characteristics,impurity screening,according to the size and plumpness of seeds grading,obtain uniform size,high cleanliness,good quality seed.However,it is difficult to reach the national seed quality standard and the loss rate is high,which can not meet the quality requirements of seed cleaning.Aiming at the present situation of low cleaning rate and high loss rate of seed cleaning machine in our country,this paper designs and develops a new seed cleaning machine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Through the access to information and market research,understand the market of the existing seed cleaning machinery,the main structure,cleaning principle and the defects,so as to determine the design of new seed machinery.2.According to the difference between cleaning seed size,weight,shape,plumpness of seed selection of key components of mechanical design,the core problem of key components can be impurities and substandard seeds and seed purity and distinguish between qualified seed cleaning needs to reach the national standard of seed quality.3.According to the cleaning requirements of the seed cleaning machine,the structure and parameters of the components are designed,and the kinematics analysis and modal analysis are carried out to determine the feasibility of the design.4.According to the design scheme of virtual seed cleaning machine,the prototype is manufactured and tested.5.The test results were carried out to test the performance of the selected seed purity and cleaning loss rate.The test results show that the seed purity and cleaning loss rate of the prototype are in accordance with the national seed quality standards.
