Transportation stress in fish farming is more common,transportation can cause a series of stress in fish like endocrine,immune and physiological and biochemical and so on.Using the same 120 paralichthys olivaceus seedlings as initial conditions,the form of simulation production in the transportation practice,taking blood plasma cryopreservation which were random collected ten at the time 3,6and12 hour,and researching the effect of transportation stress such as thyroid hormone cortical,growth hormone,and insulin and so on in plasma.Results: With the transportation time growth,thyroid hormone is in rising trend and growth hormone is increased and then decreased trend,but both of them has no significant difference.Cortical ascendant which has significant difference is in rising trend,Insulin which has no significant difference is in rising trend.With the growth of the transportation time,the NO in the paralichthys olivaceus plasma decline,the MDA and NOS in the paralichthys olivaceus plasma rise and the difference is significant.With the transportation time growth IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 are in rising trend and both of them has significant difference.In summary,stress of transportation were has certain influence on blood endocrine indicators of Paralichthys olivaceus,As long as the transportation time increased,the amount of triglycerides,cholesterol,blood glucose,glutamate-pyruvate transaminase,and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase in the blood plasma of blood plasma increased.The protein level in the blood glucose deceased when the transportation time was more than 6 hours,thus,transportation time had effect on the blood biochemical indicator of fish,and the accessing transportation time may lead to adverse effect on the growth of Paralichthys olivaceus and negatives impact such as growth retardation.So we should adopt suitable transportation method,and reduce transportation time as far as possible,in order to achieve maximal economic returns in the cultivation.
