| This study was at Liji Town’s science and technology demonstration area of tobacco on 2015 in Yancheng District of Luohe City.In this study,Yuyan No.6 was used as the test material,under the condition of different dosages of flumetralin,differences of cell ultrastructure were observed,the key enzyme activities of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and chemical compositions of filming samples and physical properties and chemical compositions and armo components of baking samples were compared.The relationship between the dosage of flumetralin and the quality index was analyzed.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The germination effects of different flumetralin doses were analyzed.The results showed that 2 times(T3)have better inhibition effect,this can significantly reduce the number of axillary buds,and has high inhibition rate.The 1 time by cup axillary buds of flue-cured tobacco number was more than 2 times by cup,but the bud inhibition rate of the 1 time by cup was less than 2 times by cup.There was no significant effect on bud inhibition by using the different amount of fluorine amine.(2)The physiological characteristics of tobacco leaves were analyzed under the different dosages of flumetralin.The results showed that: after topping 14 d,21d and 28 d,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of leaves was T2 > T3 > T1;CO2 concentration has a significant difference by different leaves intercellular treatment,All different treatments attend the maximum value together at 7d after topping.The contents of carotenoid,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of flue cured tobacco leaves were T2>T1>T3.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco leaves both showed at T2>T1>T3,starch 39 content was T2>T3>T1.After topping 14 d,21d and 28 d,the total nitrogen and potassium were T2>T3>T1,the nicotine and chlorine were T1>T3>T2,the content of nitrate nitrogen was significantly different.(3)The activities of carbon nitrogen metabolism enzymes of flue-cured tobacco leaves were analyzed under different dosages of flumetralin.The results showed that: the activities of amylase and invertase in tobacco leaves were T2>T1>T3.After topping 14 d,21d and 28 d,the activity of sucrose synthase was T2>T3>T1.Except 14 d after topping,the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase was T2>T3>T1.After topping 14 d and 28 d,the activities of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase were T2>T1>T3.After topping 14 d,21d and 28 d,the activity of glutamate dehydrogenase was T1>T2>T3.During three different treatments,the activity ratio of nitrate reductase to invertase was T2>T1>T3.The carbon and nitrogen metabolism of 1 time by cup is faster than 2 times by cup.(4)The ultrastructure of flue-cured tobacco leaves during the field growth was observed.The results showed that: organelles of leaf palisade cell of different treats were nestled up to cell wall,organelles were abundant,cell nucleus were normal.With the dosage of fluorine amine increased,chloroplast thylakoid lamella reduced,lamella expanded slightly.Compared with T1 and T2,the number of starch of T3 was slightly reduced,osmium particles content were increased obviously.Fluorine amine can damage on mitochondrial structure slightly,dosage increase,effect increased.(5)The physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves were analyzed under different dosages of flumetralin.The results showed that: upper leaves: leaf length and leaf weight and fill were T2 > T1 > T3,leaf width and anti-tensility were T2 > T3 > T1,stem ratio was T1 > T3 > T2.Middle leaves: leaf length,leaf width,and fill were T2 > T3 > T1,stem ratio was T1 > T3 > T2.The lower leaves: leaf length and weight of T2 > T1 > T3;stem ratio was T1 > T3 > T2;Fill was T3 > T1 > T2,anti-tensility was T3 > T2 > T1.(6)The chemical components and neutral aroma components of flue-cured tobacco leaves were analyzed under different dosages of flumetralin.The results showed that: upper leaves: the contents of total sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine and potassium of T1 were highest,the sugar alkali ratio and alkali nitrogen ratio of T2 were at the highest,the coordination of T2 was well.Middle leaves: the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium of T2 were high,total nitrogen,nicotine and chlorine content of T2 were low,sugar alkali ratio and potassium chloride ratio were high.The lower leaves:The total sugar,reducing sugar,potassium,chloride,sugar alkali than alkali,alkali nitrogen ratio ratioof potassium of T2 were highest.The aroma total of upper and middle leaves were T2 > T3 > T1.The phenylalanine degradation products,carotenoids degradation products and other kinds of aroma compositions of middle and upper leaves were T2 > T3 > T1.Maillard reaction products and westpac alkanes degradation products were T3 > T2 > T1.In conclusion,compared with artificial excepting the bud and pouring flumetralin 2 times by cup,The sprout inhibition effect was good,photosynthesis of leaves was strong,pigment conent was high,carbon and nitrogen metabolism was enhanced and coordinated,leaf development was more reasonable,chemical compositions were more coordinated and Aroma was enough for pouring Prime 1 time by cup. |
