Pulse Type Smoke Machine Simulation Experimental Research And The Combustion Chamber And Nozzle

Pulse jet engine with burning high strength,high efficiency and low pollution,etc.As the core component of pulsating smoke machine in the field of forest pest control,hygiene disinfection advantage is obvious.But because of a lack of understanding of the mechanism of pulse combustion,now can only experience method,experimental method is used to develop new products,high development costs.Analyzes the theory model of impulse engine,it is concluded that the combustion chamber and nozzle structure parameters of acoustic conditions,the carburetor throttle opening of the fuel consumption rate of heating conditions and nozzle model on the influence law of actual working frequency,this paper explores the application of the method of simulation to the impulse type smoke machine,through the test and related factors influencing the performances of the smoke machine and parameters.And through the simulation of 3 d model to simulate the internal flow field of complex,more intuitive understanding of the internal pressure,temperature,flow field change in the complex.Further studies for future research career lay a certain foundation.Was studied under the condition of the water spray mist and spray mist working characteristics of the pulse type smoke machine,the results showed that the spray mist,frequency will increase with the increase of fuel consumption rate and the actual work;Water spray mist,spray liquid flow when the same stable work actual working frequency will increase with the increase of the carburetor throttle opening size,the size of the throttle opening phase and stable work actual working frequency decreases with increasing spray liquid flow rate,compared with the water spray mist,water mist stable work real working frequency is small.Nozzle exit center air speed and temperature will increases along with the throttle opening.
