The ocean,known as "Cradle of life" and "Granary of future",covered 2/3 of the earth,have great envirenmental and economical value.As the industry and population of the sealand grow,the pollution of the ocean gets worse and disrupts the ocean evirenment and economic.An experiment was conducted to study ? the effect of Cd-PCB153 and FA on the growth and specific indexes of biochemistry in marine medaka(Oryziasmelastigma)larva.In the simulated ecosystem,marine medaka(Oryzias melastigma)larva were exposure to different concentrations of Cd-PCB153.?Different concentrations of fulvic acid was used to treat the most toxic group in Cd-PCB153 exporsure experiment to study the detoxification effect of fulvic acid and the optimum concentration.The results were as follows:(1)The survival rate of Oryzias melastigma larvae was significantly decreased(P<0.05)by different concentrations of Cd-PCB153 in a certain range.(2)The body weight gain of Oryzias melastigma larvae was significantly decreased(P<0.05)by different concentrations of Cd-PCB153 in a certain range.(3)The SGR of Oryzias melastigma larvae was significantly decreased(P<0.05)by different concentrations of Cd-PCB 153 in a certain range.(4)The Malondialdehyde(MDA)and Metallothionein(MT)of marine medaka larva were all significantly induced(P<0.05)by different concentrations of Cd-PCB153 in a certain range.(5)The Total antioxidation(T-AOC),Total Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT)and Glutathione peroxidase(GPx)activity of marine medaka larva were all significantly decreased(P<0.05)by different concentrations of Cd-PCBB153 in a certain range.(6)The SR of marine medaka larva was significantly induced(P<0.05)by different concentrations of FA and there was a significant concentration effect in a certain range,FA concentrations were positively correlation.(7)The BWG of marine medaka larva was significantly induced(P<0.05)by different concentrations of FA and there was a significant concentration effect in a certain range,FA concentrations were positively correlation.(8)The SGR of marine medaka larva was significantly induced(P<0.05)by different concentrations of FA and there was a significant concentration effect in a certain range,FA concentrations were positively correlation.(9)The MDA and MT contents of marine medaka larva were all significantly decreased(P<0.05)by different concentrations of FA and there was a significant concentration effect in a certain range.,they were negatively correlated with humic acid concentrations.(10)The Total antioxidation(T-AOC),Total Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT)and Glutathione peroxidase(GPx)activity of marine medaka larva were all significantly induced(P<0.05)by different concentrations of FA,and there was a significant concentration effect in a certain range.And they were positively correlated with humic acid concentrations.When the concentration of Cd-PCB153 were 200-200?g/L and above,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)for theSG,BWG,SGR,MDA,MT,T-AOC,SOD,CAT and GPx compared with control group.So 200-200?g/L is the most sensitive concentration to marinemedaka(Oryzias melastigma)larva.When the concentration of FA were 60mg C/L and above,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)for theSQBWG,SGR,MDA,MT,T-AOC,SOD,CAT and GPx compared with control group.When the concentration of Cd-PCB153 were the same,the SR of group which addition of FA60mgC/L and which have no FA were(49.67±0.79)%and(61.40±1.85)%respectively;and the activity of T-AOC were(0.443±0.012)U/mgprot and(0.993±0.026)respectively.We can concluded from above that the most toxic and suitable group in Cd-PCB153 exporsure experiment was G4 with a Cd-PCB 153 concentration of 200-200?g/L.FA had a good detoxification effect for the Cd-PCB153 200-200?g/L and the lowest concentration of FA to completely detoxify them was 60mg C/L.
