| On the basis of the subjective and objective evaluation system of rose flower breeding,this paper established an evaluation system of rose breeding based on the theory of plant physiology,botany,genetics and so on.Based on the 100 rose cultivars collected from Yunnan Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the related characteristics of the reproductive organs of Rosa chinensis germplasm resources were investigated,in order to promote the development of excellent varieties breeding.The main results are as follows:(1)a comprehensive evaluation system for the application of rose breeding was constructed,and the system was divided into the following three criteria:the development status of rose flowers,the stamen development of rose flowers,the pistil development of rose flowers.Then making a comprehensive analysis of the rule layer,in order to determine the eight key indicators of rose germplasm in breeding application,petal number,number of stamens,filament length,pollen number,pollen viability,pistil number,stigma receptivity,pollen vitality.These indexes play a key role in guiding the breeding of rose,and provide an important basis for determining and screening the breeding parents.(2)using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the standard deviation and weight of each criterion layer in the evaluation system of the breeding and utilization of 100 rose germplasm resources.And 100 evaluation rose breeding application system is divided into superior germplasm,excellent germplasm,fine germplasm and poor germplasm,according to the comprehensive score.The first level(superior germplasm),contains Iceberg,Yun Xi,Vivaldi,Warrior Spe04/1759,Helading,Bugadi,Milongjia,Pufuhong,Hezouqu,Marina,Chinese red,Respect for a total of 13 varieties,which can be used as a good alternative of male parent and female parent for breeding in the future.While the fourth grade(poor species)includes Xushizhuang,Spe 05/2693-02,Sophia,lotus flowers,Spe 03/1986-2,in 2 a total of 5 varieties.In the future of breeding,we should avoid these varieties.(3)the results of principal component analysis showed that the total score of the petals,the score of the comprehensive score of the stigma,the comprehensive score of the number of stamens,and the total score of the pistil number were more than one.The contribution rates were respectively 18.5%,36.2%,50.9%,64%.The contribution rate of the principal component of pistil number was the largest. |
