Inovo vaccination is the purpose of reducing mortality,improving the poultry's productivity and reducing the labor costs to maximize its production efficiency.The application of this technology in broiler production has positive significance to improve the efficiency of broiler breeding.Methods:the experiment selected 308 kinds of eggs hatch into Ross for incubation,divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group(embryo immunization)on embryo hatching to embryo age(18-21 days)by embryo injection of infectious bursal disease vaccine(vHVT-013-16 strain)and 0.05 mL/(about 2000 PFU)in the young hatching machine until 21 days to hatching,the control group(traditional immune)falls directly into the hatching machine after hatching to 21 days of age,hatching,and infectious bursal disease in the same dose of artificial injection(vHVT-013-16 strain),test group and control group were in accordance with the company Immunization program,the test group and the control group with a white feather broiler transport to broiler farms,according to the company's original program,management method and mode of "all out" feeding the experimental group and control group of broilers.The results are as follows:1 The comprison between in ovo and conventional vaccinationIn the absence of the relevant improvement of the embryonic syringe needle and the day of the injection of egg,the chicken embryo immunization method was used to compare the effect of the embryo immunization and the traditional immunization,The results showed that The first sets of incubator embryo immunization with the conventional vaccination hatchability were 86.20%and 89.40%;second embryo immunization incubator and conventional vaccination hatchability were 87.10%and 88.76%;third incubator embryo immunization with conventional vaccination hatchability were 87.80%and 90.69%,the late first embryo hatching machine and conventional vaccination immunity dead embryo rate were 4.46%and 1.85%;late second incubator embryo immunization with the traditional immune dead embryo rate were 3.47%and 1.92%;the late embryo hatching machine third sets of immune and conventional vaccination dead embryo rate were 3.34%and 1.55%;Antibody titer,weekly mortality,body weight similar to conventional vaccination.2 Optimizing the inovo vaccination in production applicationsThrough to the embryo syringe parameters calibration,the length of the needle finally selected is 21.08 mm,20G?Based on the three trading(injection)test day age,which is hatched to day age 18.5,18.75,19.0.The results showed that the late embryonic mortality data 19-21 days were 4.99%?2.37%?2.57%;the hatchability were 86.08%?86.52%?89.68%,According to the the late embryonic mortality data 19-21 days and hatchability,we determined that the injection time was 19.0d.To test breeder eggs in early,peak and later cycles,the trading time were 20 min,20 min or less,or more or less 20 min,the late embryo death rate were 3.37%,2.94%and 3.37%;The hatching rate were 88.15%,89.02%,67.59%,Therefore,the most suitable for the injection of egg production week for the early laying and egg laying eggs.3 Inovo vaccination research in production applicationIn the optimization of injection conditions,the embryo egg syringe device and automatic falling disk device docking,put into production use.Through automation of 3 consecutive days of fall disc injection,First days early embryo immunization hatchability was 91.34%,lower than the conventional vaccination,peak hatchability was 90.78%,higher than the conventional vaccination,late hatchability of 63.90%,higher than the conventional vaccination;second days early embryo immunization hatchability was 89.35%below,the traditional peak immunity,hatchability of 89.35%,higher than the conventional vaccination,late hatchability of 58.89%,lower than the conventional vaccination;third days pre hatching embryo immunization The hatchability was 89.54%,which was lower than that of the conventional vaccination,and the hatchability of the latter type eggs was less than that of the conventional vaccination,which was lower than that of the traditional one;the positive rate of antibody titers,weekly mortality,body weight was similar to conventional vaccination.The results showed that the inovo vaccination in the improvement and optimization of the relevant parameters,compared with the conventional vaccination to broiler production has no adverse effect,so the inovo feeding can be used in the production of chicken and replace the traditional artificial immune injection.
